I was asked my friend to watch this "documentary" together. She hasn't watched it either and was expecting to get some knowledge on how to maintain health.
A little bit about myself, I have high cholesterol, another heart condition, I am overweight. And I am a VEGETARIAN. My friend(Non-vegetarian) asked me to watch this to help me with my conditions and lifestyle.
I was laughing throughout the documentary because of the irony.
Now why am I telling you my personal details? Well, the movie is consistently misleading. My mother has arthritis and she only eats plant based diet. I don't think my 1/2 glass milk a day is causing all my problems. Downplaying impact of sugar is very dangerous to society. They constantly overlooked the facts that doesn't support their claims.
The director could have easily presented facts and benefits of plant based diet. But they don't want people to follow plant based diet and have dairy/meat sometimes, they want people to go Vegan completely. It is less about health and more about their propaganda.
