Great acting, important topic

There are some people on here who really don't get it. One guy even thought this movie portrayed too many women!!!.... Completely missing the point that woman truckers are the minority and as such she has a lovely small female pose looking out for her on the road.

Fantastic acting by the young girl. Really tough subject matter. But handled well. Tense movie. Great build up, one for people who still have attention spans.

Juliette Binoche was barely recognizable, fantastic work. Morgan Freemen, solid as usual and clearly lending his weight to am important subject.

Worth watching and definitely not worth the bad reviews.

great acting and thought provoking

I find it interesting how many people commenting are focusing on it being PC/political etc I think that says more about how uncomfortable it might have made them. We should not shy away from these topics.

I watched a great police procedural with some fantastic acting, especially Mulligan. I enjoyed the unfolding web that linked everyone as they tried to solve this case and the commentary on how we can look at individuals as people rather than as us and them.

Really enjoyed this, no expectations and was in the mood for something quirky and very much indy. Great cast, natural acting and left you feeling good.

a sweet and quirky film

The film has some poor reviews on this page. I imagine a story written about a young woman and finding oneself is not going to appeal to everyone. This film is female driven and there is a big market for that out there. The main actors are endearing and the story of being lost and confused would be relatable to many.

The fact that three of the main characters were family made this feel warm and authentic. The second act which becomes more about family than about men was my favourite. Recommend this for anyone who likes films made by hand, with a good soundtrack and a few good laughs.
