The only redeeming quality of this film is the actual storyline...Otherwise, this movie was terrible. The acting was ridiculously bad, and the set design was cheesy and very tacky. The story was decent, but it was very hard to watch due to all the horrid acting. I wouldn't recommend watching this one...The only redeeming quality of this film was that the actors were somewhat attractive...Especially Ryan Bauer, the man who plays the soap opera star. Some of the editing was well done, but there are continuity errors all over the place...I'm just starting to get sick and tired of watching gay movies that are bad...Can we get a good one soon?

Latter Days is an excellent film. It is not a "gay movie," but a story of true love overcoming obstacles. It is a tale of coming out, something which can be a mystery to those that have not done it or have not needed to do it. I have watched this film several times already, and I can say truthfully that this is one film that can have me laughing one moment, crying the next, and then have you rethinking some things that you thought were set in stone.The music in the movie is mostly all original, and it is well written. It ties in with the story, especially "Tuesday, 3:00 AM," which plays a major role in the plot. I truly enjoyed this film and I highly recommend this film to anyone seeking a story of true love.
