Oppenheimer (I) (2023)

Brilliant filmmaking

This film was so stunning. Brilliant produced directed acted. Production design writing superlative can't say enough about it a great film.. This is what filmmaking is all about. Read actor Mr Murphy amazing everybody in the cast did a good job I especially like some of the side characters including the aid to Robert downie's character he was good he showed a lot in his acting skills. I found the peers to be quite truthful and that's depiction of what happened obviously it's fictional or fictionalized. But Christopher Nolan again another smash hit. I have thoroughly enjoyed his films since Memento first blew our minds.

Barbie (I) (2023)

Unexpected joy watching this film

Wasn't sure how good this film was going to be but the trailer suggested something magical and the film fulfilled my vision. Congrats to the director who's also the writer with her husband I believe. To the great production design. To the actors especially Margot Robbie and Ryan gosling who continues to amuse and surprise with his ability to switch characters and add humor and a little bit of fun to his roles. And he gets to sing again. Recommend for all ages really but certainly any kid that's over eight or nine should be able to understand half of what's going on and the parents or friends can explain the rest. Enjoy.

Hijack (2023)

Good drama at the beginning and then it just carried all over the place with crazy storyline still was exciting to some extent. Better thrillers simpler stories watch The Mother on Netflix. The mother stars Jennifer Lopez as a a trained sharpshooter for the army who moves into the world of criminal gunrunners but things get worse with these people. We found that at the beginning that she's pregnant and they're on starts the story as she's being interrogated by FBI. There's a lot of violence but no real gore. And very exciting film she's terrific so is the cast. Directing is wonderful and it's beautiful to look at. What else can you ask for a movie.

Vigil (2021– )

VERY GOOD THRILLER

The acting was good, especially the lead, and the buildup to the conclusion worked very well. Enjoyed the entire cast. Hoping to see another series with these 2 women.

Supergirl (2015–2021)

Great female hero

Dont understand why this show was cancelled. Good acting, directong and many of thier storylines were dealing with the daiky headlines. The world needs a good strong smart Superhero... and now u hv dropped show ... for what...most of yr shows have no interesting personalities...and NO WOMAN HERO . Supergirl had several. Besides Kara Danvers her sister Alex was presented as smart strong and also caring . Batwonan was just viokent and vicious.. and u replaced the lead with a diverse actress.

Janet King (2014–2017)

Well acted, directed and the writing is good. Enjoyed Marta Dusseldorf (a Sigourney Weaver look alike) as the lead character. Sorry the show wasn't picked up for more than 3 seaons.

Billy Boy (I) (2017)

I don't recommend this film. It really gets lost in all the crazy camera stunts. Actors were generally good, but a waste of Melissa Benoist's talent. I now understand why she made it as these were people from her prior series Glee. She needs to find better films. She's very good actress, she is very talented. Enjoy Supergirl instead.
