Entertaining. Heartwarming. Great Story.

Just an old fashioned good movie. Not an Oscar wining movie .... But I wasn't looking for that. I was looking for, and got, a great story and a good performance. The fact that it's a true story makes it all the better. Nice to end a movie feeling good about people and the world we live in.

The Power of the Dog (2021)

This is not a traditional western, don't expect a shoot 'em up. Watch it all the way through. Be patient. The character development is slow and paced. But when you get to the very end you will understand. It's artful and it's poetic and it's sad.

A Castle for Christmas (2021)

Easy watch. You know what will happen within the first 5 minutes. It's a Christmas RomCom. We knew the story line within minutes. Made us think "Hallmark Movie". That said, acting and scenery was fun.
