Bird Box (2018)

Worst adaptation ever

This movie, as a book adaptation, is just disrespectful. A movie is always going to change things from the book, and I can usually overlook that and enjoy it from what it is. But this movie changed 80% of the book, and it was not for the better. Most of the changes feel pointless. Why change Shannon's name to Jessica? Why place it in California instead of Michigan? It doesn't make any sense. But those are small things. Almost nothing in the movie plays out the way it did in the book. All of the events are different. The characters were completely different. The characters they kept from the book, they absolutely ruined. Half the movie characters weren't even in the book, and they were unnecessary. I don't have time to list out all the changes, because the list is so vast, but to sum it up, they ruined my favorite book and completely disrespected the author, Josh Malerman, in the process. Because of all the changes, they won't be able to make a movie based on the sequel book, "Malorie". A lot of the things they changed directly affect the sequel, so it's impossible for it to happen the way it was written. This was the most frustrated and angry a movie adaption has ever made me, and I regret watching it. Don't waste your time. If you're interested in the story, just read the book. It's way better. The only reason this gets 2 stars instead of one is because Sandra Bullock did a great job portraying Mallorie, despite being twice her age. Netflix, please stop ruining books.

When you have someone in the bottom 2 4 weeks in a row, it's time to send them home. Nikki should've been gone a while ago, and Belinda absolutely deserved a spot in the final. This was frustrating to watch. It's been frustrating to see Nikki survive and knock out more talented artists each week, but this one was the worst. They eliminated the wrong person.

What a joke

Tyler and Amy were supposed to go home last episode. The synopsis for this episode even says that it was the final 2 duos. They were constantly outclassed by Mark and Boone. They did not deserve this win, and it was incredibly disappointing. I feel like all the time spent watching this show was wasted after that.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (2011 Video Game)

Not bad

A bit overrated in my opinion, but still a solid game that gave me 50 hours of fun. The graphics are impressive, but not as glorious as everyone says they are. They are about the same as the first Assassin's Creed, which came out in 2007, 4 years before Skyrim. The combat system was really disappointing and got old fast. The dungeons also got old quick. They all seemed exactly alike to me and were fun at first but just got boring after doing a few. But the story was great and I enjoyed it very much, and the DLC was great as well. The characters could have used a lot of work, and just seemed bland and boring and made Skyrim a slightly depressing and lonely place because of it. Overall I give it a 7/10

FIFA 14 (2013 Video Game)

A HUGE disappointment

Nothing new was really added to this one, which was kind of depressing. The graphics are just bad. It's 2013 EA, get it together already. This game is so bug-filled that I could take a bath in them. FUT would be great, except it's really buggy, and the fitness/contract aspects of it are a joke. It's basically just a way to get you to spend real money on it. The goalies are just plain awful. I have one of the best in the game, and he misses nearly every shot, and will literally jump out of the way of the ball at times. The only thing that Fifa 14 really has going for it is the physics engine, which does make it pretty realistic. The commentary was also pretty great, and made it feel like there were real people watching and commenting on your every move. Overall this game is just boring and depressing, and I really hope they fix all its problems for Fifa 15, but at the rate things are going, I highly doubt it.

Guild Wars 2 (2012 Video Game)

The best game ever created. Period.

After logging about 700 hours into the game, I decided that it was time to finally write my long overdue review. The game play is fantastic and has had me hooked for 2 years now. I personally love the graphics and the cartoony-ish feel of the game, although I know a lot of people don't. The community is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and I love talking to my fellow players. Same goes for the staff. I've only had one problem with the game (which was my fault) and they addressed it and took care of it immediately for me. The map is great as well. Tyria is very large and beautiful, with much to explore and many different events to take part in, such as fighting dragons. I'll admit that the story can be lacking at times, but I still found it very enjoyable. And it's not a big deal, since there is still so much more to do in the game. I know people that play countless hours every day and still haven't even started the campaign yet. PvP is also great, it's a simple "capture the points and kill each other mode" which I have found to be very enjoyable. And the best part about this game: It is constantly being updated. Every two weeks Arenanet comes out with a massive amount of free content that keeps me coming back every day. Overall, this game is incredible, and I would recommend it to anybody and everybody.

South Park: The Stick of Truth (2014 Video Game)

Amazing!

If you are a South Park fan, there is no way you won't love this game.

Even though it was constantly delayed and was released way too late, it was worth the wait. For starters, the game is hilarious. It uses the same humor as the TV show, and had me laughing throughout the entire story.

The storyline was well thought out and very fun to play. The graphics are the exact same as the TV show, so it feels like you are actually in a TV episode.

I absolutely love this game, and would recommend it to all South Park fans.

Epic (2013)

Epic....fail

This was probably one of the worst movies I have ever seen. I was bored out of my mind throughout the entire film. It is almost completely lacking in originality. Everything in it, besides the animation, has pretty much been done before. The characters are extremely dull, and the villain isn't believable at all. This movie is also, due to it lacking in originality, very predictable. The only people that I would recommend this to are very young children that can't understand what is going on, but just want something pretty to look at. But to everyone else,I strongly advise you to steer clear. If I never see this movie again, it will be too soon.

South Park: Titties and Dragons (2013) Season 17, Episode 9

Amazing. South Park at it's best

A great end to an amazing trilogy. I found myself laughing throughout the entire episode, rooting for princess Kenny (for reasons unknown), and overall completely enjoying myself. It parodies black Friday shoppers and Game Of Thrones perfectly, and even parodies gamers awesomely. This is definitely one of my favorite South Park episodes, and I sincerely hope that this trilogy is turned into a movie like Imaginationland. This trilogy also restored my hope in the show, which was starting to dwindle after being at least, if not more, a little bit disappointed each week in season 17. But I loved this episode, and would definitely rank it among the top episodes of all time of any TV show. I also wouldn't mind a spin off series of Princess Kenny. I was also pleasantly surprised to notice growth in some of the characters, especially Randy as he takes up the responsibility of Black Friday. Anyone who is a die hard fan or even somebody that only chuckles once per season should definitely watch this episode.
