Blue is the Lukewarmest Colour
7 August 2014
Adele and Emma's love story, although entertaining is disappointing, the films running time was placed at things that were unneeded, i would have liked to see more of their parents reaction and less gratuitous lesbian sex, which of course was a controversial element to the Palm D'or winner, the direction isn't as fantastic as i first thought it would of been and editing sometimes seems choppy, some people would use rebuttal with the ideal that it recreates real life and that it isn't as straight forward and connecting. Finally i believe that Blue is the Warmest Colour is a enjoyable film but not one i would feel like to revisit anytime soon.

My score for the film is 5/10

Directed by Abdellatif Kechiche

Starring Adèle Exarchopoulos and Léa Seydoux

A Good Start Quickly Falls Flat
4 August 2014
I saw this movie at a party where we watched heaps of Parodies, Vampires Suck, Superhero Movie, Scary Movie, Disaster Movie by the way, this one was by far the worst. What started out as a hilarious parody of heaps of films turned bad. Lucy from The DaVinci Code, Peter from X-men, Susan from Snakes on a Plane and Edward from Nacho Libre all get Golden Tickets to Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory where they are turned into food, all these scenes were funny, Lucy goes into a Wardrobe and finds to land of Gnarnia, that was the last good joke. They must now defeat the White B!#ch from her plan to destroy Gnarnia and create a Super-Continant. As i have said before a lot of the jokes fell flat, this would have to be worse than Disaster Movie, as the only thing that i enjoyed here that wasn't present in DM was a story, all in all this film has simply 20 minutes of hilarious jokes and then 60 minutes of bad ones. This is the Worst film i have ever seen in my life.

This Will Staaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanddddddddddddddddd!

This mini-series parody is a classic examples of comedy, gleefully ripping apart the poorly made series' of the 70's. One of the funniest things about this film is seeing famous actors, Tobey Maguire, Val Kilmer, Jessica Alba, etc, doing some of the most outrageous acting ever. My favourite jokes used in the film was the film making jokes like toy cars being pulled by strings, 3-D and many more. In Australia this was straight-to-DVD, much like many great films, was not seen by many people, which was a sad event since this was a hilarious journey that i recommend to everyone who likes a laugh. The Story is about one family and the oil company that they will do anything to keep their business afloat.

One of the best parody films in years...
16 April 2014
It's really good. The Hungover Games is a fun movie to be sure with many jokes to keep you laughing. Sometimes the film drags on a joke but mostly the jokes are funny. The story consists of 4 guys who go on a stag party and wake up the next day in a dystopia future. In which they have become Tribute for The Hungover Games with people like. Teddy, Scarrie, Django, Thor, The Real Housewives of District 8 and Katnip. It also features references to Jonny Depp being in heaps of films, The Human Centipede sand Avatar.

The story can be funny and can keep emotional resonance with the characters and also create a mystery reminiscent of Hangover Part II.

Warning: Unlike other parodies made recently this film contains a bit of drug use, lots of nudity, violence and swearing.

If you like parodies like Airplane and Loaded Weapon 1, this will surely impress.

The Simpsons: Tapped Out (2012 Video Game)

Tapped Out, it Tapped Out my Bank Account
16 February 2014
Tapped out is a very addictive game, I check it every day. The story is that Hmer destroys the town after an accident at the Power Plant and now must build the town. The game is constantly updated with new events, which keeps it fresh, with so much tapping your fingers are guarrenteed to turn yellow*. Epidode Tie ins are also fun as they co- incide with the show. I love how you can recreate Springfield in your own way. Also Squidport is my next favourite part, with its hilarious buildings. The game has a overwhelming sense of itself and always breaks the 4th Wall. The premiums I have bought are, USS Tom Clancy Pet Shop + Jub-Jub Candy Kevin Duff Party Bus Lincoln's Cabin + Lincoln and Mr Sparkle Billboard. The Mystery Box which you get if you play for 5 days in a row will give you prizes, don't buy them or Homer Budda's, not usually worth the donuts you pay for them. If you are a fan of The Simpsons or just like city building games you must play this. Add Me- mattawesome2

P.S: This Game Will Ruin Your Life * Not an Actual Guarrentee

Beautiful Film with Beautiful Acting
12 February 2014
A Beautiful Mind is a fantastic true story of John Nash who is suffering from an illness which is making him struggle with his Math work at the University. To make matters worse, he gets involved in with a conspiracy with the Russians.

The film has almost perfect directing by Ron Howard and the acting by Russel Crowe and Jennifer Connoly is also perfect, it is so very much deserving of the 4 Academy Awards. The Film although had some inaccuracies with real life.

I would recommend this film to everyone interested in the life of John Nash. A must watch.
