Shallow cash grab hollywood drivel

With some bad casting besides Andrew Koji, this movie is such a paint by the numbers "action" film that it says wait we have sequels coming by the end, which nobody will want after watching this uninspired superhero film. The original GI film was a masterpiece compared to this.

Dull and uninspired

The OG isn't fantastic writing or anything but it had a great sense of what it was a trashy soapy drama. This one takes itself too seriously and then tack on the characters which don't have the same charm as Blair/Leighton, Dan/Penn and Chuck it makes for a very dull first episode.

Proof you don't need to remake/reboot everything for the sake of it.

An action series with family drama. Mediocre but has potentional.

As an Asian I'm very happy to see a primetime TV show featuring a predominately Asian cast. The cast I think is good, Olivia the lead is likeable and gets the job done but it's the characters around her that really shine. Her father, her sister and her I guess "love interest" have the most charisma hence why you can't help gravitate to those characters when they pop in. I will say the cast dynamic is probably the strongest part of this show.

However this show really suffers from the network it's on, The CW. The CW is very much known for mediocre writing and pointless drama, which is kinda here in the form of family drama (in true CW fashion however there seems to be a love triangle happening with the lead, her ex and the new guy) which is something I'm not looking forward to.

It has potential imo. The central conflict is somewhat interesting involving buddhist teachings, ancient Chinese artifacts and of course kungfu. I'm excited to see where this goes cause I think it can be a highly entertaining action series. I will say the action has been minimal up until now (I'm on episode 3) but the story I guess promises a big fight climax.

The action sequences are okay, when I think about it though the CW can do great fight scenes and action sequences as it has been done in their shows like Nikita and even Arrow so the mediocrity of the action and fight scenes so far are bit disappointing.

I'll keep watching as it's fun to watch and entertaining but hopefully it improves and sheds it's trappings of being a CW show.

Thinks it's smart however it's terribly predictable

First of all I really want to know why they named this "Every Breath You Take"? It has nothing to do with the plot or any of it's themes so the title of this film is just bizarre.

Just went you think this is a different kind of "obsession thriller" it decides nope lets just go back to the tropes and genericness of the sub-genre. First of all the twist is incredibly obvious, as soon as the antagonist appears and the information we're given up until then it is the only conclusion and surprise surprise it turns out to be true.

Characters make decisions that make no sense besides to forward plot and the conclusion is as predictable as any other thriller.

Some good actors and a very beautiful setting of I assume British Columbia but that's about it from this very generic thriller.

1st one is good, the 2nd medicore but enjoyable, this 3rd one predictable DRIVEL!

This movie unfortunately really doesn't know what it wants to say. Is it about the innocence of love? Is it about growing up? Is it coming of age? Shockingly it wants to be all of these things but fails at every turn and has nothing interesting to say about any of these things.

I will say I think the first movie is a great teen rom com, fun but predictable plotline. 2nd brings in the possibility of another love interest and does it in a very sincere way which I liked about it. The 3rd really is about not a lot, nothing really happens. The film is just a series of "rom-com" scenes sewed together where nothing really happens and the conflict is just blandly predictable.

Condor does her best to be cute and charismatic to save the film but unfortunately that's not enough to save this boring film. Kinda sad the series ended on such a terrible film, but I guess the intended audience (nobody over the age of the 13) will have some entertainment in it.
