Funny movie from my childhood collection of 90s films

This movie is funny, yet at times, inappropriate for children considering the main character, a young fifth grader, makes up a story about him having sex after going on vacation to Las Vegas. Sex is mentioned a lot. This movie highlights the struggles of going through a divorce at a young age. It's a good story about friendship. If you want a good laugh then watch this movie, but if this kind of content is inappropriate to you then it might not be for you.

Good story. George Lopez can really act

I saw this movie on Roku and decided to see how good it was considering George Lopez. Jamie Lee Curtis, Esai Morales, Alexa Vega and Marisa Tomei are all in it. This is the best acting Lopez has ever done. It's amazing how the high school kids beat out Ivy League colleges at the robotics contest. Very good acting overall. Plus, it's a true story. Nice heartwarming movie, too. Aside from "Soul Surfer" this is one of Sean McNamara's best films. I highly recommend it.

Decent baseball movie

Being a huge baseball fan, I decided to watch this movie through Roku. It has a good story line, but the one thing I don't think would happen in real life is when the scout comes up to the parents at the end of the movie to tell them that their son will be a superstar in the big leagues and make millions of dollars. I also think it's weird how a scout is at a little league game. The acting is decent and very predictable, and corny at times. It has a good message that shows with hard work comes good things.

Laughable acting

I came across this movie on Roku and decided to watch it since had the Sprouse twins. Their acting is over-the-top and very bad. Plus, whoever decided to dress the twins did an awful job. They wear some weird outfits throughout the entire movie. The car chase scene towards the end of the movie is so lame. I can understand how this movie can be somewhat inappropriate with the mom's sister dressing very revealing around young kids. Don't waste your time with this movie.
