America's Forgotten (2020)
A Compassionate Documentary Giving Insight Into Illegal Immigration
This was a powerful film and important for all to see. Americans need to open their eyes to look past all the propaganda and seek truth. This movie was very informative and shows the huge disservice illegal immigration does not only to Americans, but the illegal immigrants themselves. In order to fix problems we need to be informed, and can no longer tolerate the censorship and propaganda of the mainstream media and big tech. I applaud Namrata Singh Gujral and others working on this project for the courage to see it through. I really like how you showed the history to the work visa system in America, that unfortunately was terminated decades ago. While this film was made by Democrats, and I am a Republican. This shouldn't be a divisive issue. Leaders need to stop playing politics and pass laws updating our immigration system. It's about not allowing coyotes and cartels to take advantage of the vulnerable. It's about protecting lives. It's about doing right by immigrants and Americans.
Indivisible (2018)
A Movie That Means Something
Indivisible gives you a glimpse of the hardship, challenges, and sacrifices that service members and their families go through. This movie has moments of total heartbreak, brokenness, and despair, along with moments of compassion, transformation and pure joy. Indivisible makes me even more grateful to the service members and their families for the sacrifices they make to protect our country. Thank you! This movie also explains PTSD in the clearest terms I have ever heard. Understanding PTSD is a vital step in overcoming this terrible disorder. I highly recommend this movie!
Gosnell: The Trial of America's Biggest Serial Killer (2018)
Pro-choice doesn't have to mean Pro-Gosnell
I went to see Gosnell today. The truth is it is really hard to watch, but everyone should go see it. Kermit Gosnell was convicted of first-degree murder in the deaths of three babies born alive at his Pennsylvania clinic. While I am strongly pro-life, I don't see how even pro-choice people could be pro Dr. Gosnell. The conditions in his practice were disgusting! They reused one-time use instruments, not even sanitizing them between patients. For years he continued unsafe practices and the health department turned a blind eye to it because they didn't want to give an appearance of being anti-abortion. He had a cleaner area for white patients, some reports suppose it because he thought them more likely to report him to the health department. Whatever his motives were, it's despicable that he would give patients better or worse care because of the color of their skin. They don't want people to know the ugly truth. Don't believe the film makers or me? Check Snopes. Have the courage to know the truth. Thankfully despite abortion being a hot button issue, there were people w/courage to stop Dr. Gosnell & to tell the public the truth! Praying @GosnellMovie touches many hearts, as it did mine!
