Dunkirk (2017)

Nolan's another hit movie with Tom Hardy

I don't why the low ratings but I thoroughly enjoyed the movie and Tom Hardy's acting was the best. The Story kept me captivating and the scenes of horror on the face of young british soldiers seemed authentic than other war movies. The movie was not action oriented but story based from different time lines and needs lot of attention while watching it carefully because then the viewers will be able to relate it what was going on. I will give it 8 out of 10 and Nolan did a great job in this movie with a different take on war and historical event. I highly recommend to those viewers who loves authentic war movies because this one nailed it properly.

Mission: Impossible - Fallout (2018)

Thought this was a typical Mission Impossible movie like the previous ones with gadgets but no this MI was bit different

Tom Cruise and Henry Cavil...though odd combination did an excellent job in this movie and I am impressed by the stunts of Tom Cruise. The movie is highly enjoyable and there are some scenes that reminded me of The Dark Knight when Batman was helpless but not stoppable. The action sequences were top notch and excellent and the music felt more engaging like the first Mission Impossible movie. This time there was no James Bond Stuff and it felt like Ethan's Team did a great job along with Ethan Hunt. I would highly recommend everyone of all ages to watch this movie once if you like the Mission Impossible series and this one I think is the best of all previous ones.

I am speechless after seeing this movie and Ben Stiller's best performance

I though this will be a slow paced generic Indy comedy movie with Ben Stiller with his comedy but oh boy no I was wrong. This movie is really great and kept me captivating till the end credits with beautiful song. The other actors and actresses with Ben Stiller did an excellent job in this movie and everything was natural, some humor here and there but story is engaging. I am impressed by the serious acting of Ben Stiller at this age and its really a good movie for the family to enjoy with facts and social media that is affecting our lives. I will give this movie 10 out of 10 and highly recommended to those who are depressed with their lifestyle.

Beyond the Edge (2018)

The movie is great if you watch with an open mind but don't expect like Hollywood Thriller

First of all I want to say this movie is a Si-Fi movie with a heist story. And it was directed by Russians with Russian actors and actress. I watched both the English dubbed and original Russian version with English Subtitles. The movie may not be like Hollywood Style flick with combat and killing but this has a good story and the cast looked authentic as if they have real super powers. The pace of the movie was not bad at all but some parts left more questions than answers. Antonio Banderas seems more like a cameo appearance here and the main actor Lyubov Aksyonova did a great job with the story and his team as he seemed more like Johnny Depp . The only problem with the movie was some scenes were felt like rushed and the cast left clueless maybe because of the Director I think. But other than that the movie is really great and enjoyable. I think in the end they left open for a sequel to pickup. The music used in this movie were also top notch. And if you like Christopher Nolan's Inception and 2008's 21 movie starring Jim Sturgess then surely you will like this. This movie does have great story, exciting Visual effects, fact pace and some memorable moments and it deserve a rating 6 out of 10.

The Gateway (2018)

a C grade movie with poor acting

This movie is not even close to the movie "Parallels" and poor acting, poor quality scripting, low cost production made it unwatchable. Even the lead actress is so stupid pretending all the time to be a cool young scientist. I am telling this to the lead actress - If you are old try to act old and maturely, don't just pretend to be young as chick flick because you are not. Such a shame Australians made this type of B grade movies where as "John Doe Vigilante", "Girl from Tomorrow" and "Mystery Road" etc were great to watch with good script and quality acting

Sand Castle (2017)

Impressed by the story and the fact that has happened in Iraq War

I am truly impressed recently by Netflix Productions because they are producing some great movies based on real events. This movie is no exceptional. Great acting and good good pace not like other Hollywood style call of duty type movie. It has story, struggle and tragedy...this what happening in Irag Afghanistan and soldiers and civilians are becoming the victim because of the leaders. Remember no one wants to be a killer and we all are human beings and you cannot clap with one hand. Overall I will rate this movie 8 out of 10 and worth watching.

The Legend of Ben Hall (2017)

I liked John Doe Vigilante which was an Australian Movie but this one was a pure mess

There was no Legend in the story and named Ben Hall first seemed to be a cowboy western movie like Clint Eastwoods' The Outlaw but here it was none. Can't blame the Aussies for this but rather the director and the script was simply awful. I would say this to director - if you make a fact or true story based movie then make it like "The life of Ben Hall or The Story of Ben Hall" but don't just call it a "Legend". I would tell viewers worldwide to skip this movie and go for another which has good script and story.

Legion (2017–2019)

A brilliant cast but a poor story design and implementation

I went all through the 8 episodes they offer and I mainly watched this show because of Dan Stevens because I think he is a brilliant and charismatic actor. Here in this show - he and other cast of actors and actresses tried their best performance to support the series but the story failed to put them together properly rather making it a psycho, funny and boring TV series in the name of Marvel and its X-Men mutants. I would rather enjoy if they make it an "Inception" TV Series with Cobol Corporation and their Dream Machine rather than marvel side stories. Such a cast they put to waste like this.

The Accountant (2016)

A movie that is worth watching till the very end

I was not a fan of Ben Afleck after I saw Dare Devil back in 2003 and I started hating and cursing the actor when I saw his Pearl Harbor and latest most recent Batman Vs Superman. But after watching this movie I started to realize how good this actor can be. Ben Afleck gave his best performance in this movie The Accountant and it deserves to be a true classy like the movie Wanted. I enjoyed the whole 2 hours of this movie till the very end though the ending where he met his brother was bit cliché but and I think it should have a sequel or at least a TV series like the new Dare Devil on Netflix. I suggest this movie to all those who are fan of John Wick, Jason Bourne or Jack Reacher to watch this movie with an open mind. And finals words which the movie expressed greatly that Autism is not a curse, its actually a gift.

Knowing (2009)

Good Movie But the Ending Was....

Its a very good movie with lots of suspense, thrill and acting. The best part was CGI and aftermath of the events. Everything was good but the ending was tragic and painful for the main actor. Please note that this is not a family movie or CGI Mumbo Jumbo. I would say few actors chosen by the director really do well in this. But the ending...is not the worst but painful and illogical. Where I disliked it the most? The ending sequence where the child was taken away by human like aliens. Because: if you are a Lord fearing person then you will dislike it too like me. It should be like this "A chosen few will apparently be swept away by angels to a better place" and not by stupid aliens or extraterrestrials in the shape of human. They should given priority to angels instead of these stupid aliens. They could have make the movie more interesting at the end by maybe introducing demons instead of aliens following the child or angels are departed from heavens and taken the child to a safer place but instead they show the stupid mother-ship and weird glowing aliens that any child could have gone scared and ran away. Well, since it was a 2 hrs movie limit they stayed with the writer's script instead of changing it. It would be best if they introduce a different ending or a twist or may be a cliff hanger like we saw in the "Inception" to the viewers to decide. I would suggest you all to watch this good movie carefully with open mind and figure out the gist of this movie then you will understand. Remember, this can be a fact movie about faith and beliefs and lot can be learned from this movie. It can and may happen to us in the same way it is shown here.
