Grass Roots (1992 TV Movie)
5/10
can't find it.

I was an extra in the movie and had a blast learning how a film crew works.I was in the mob scene in front of the courthouse and ended the day in distance shots as background.Claude Akins was very friendly,he volunteered to serve the chow line for lunch as he wasn't scheduled to film until later that day for the night scenes.Corbin Bernson signed my copy of the book that I had on me,then demanded $2 for it.If I had known in advance he could have kept my little souvenir of working that day.Bumped into some of the actors and still trying to remember their names.I probably got cut out of many of my scenes for staring so much, instead of ignoring the action around me.I started to realize how difficult acting is.I still have the book, about half the town of Greenville,GA took the day off and participated for the fun of it.I just wish I could see it myself!I haven't seen copies of it anywhere.I was hoping it would be more popular.
