Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008)
I'll miss Anakin Skywalker!
I'm very late to the SW franchise, having avoided it in the past, putting it down to sci-Fi nonsense but recently I decided to watch everything in timeline order.. with this series the third instalment on the timeline! I definitely wasn't too thrilled at having to watch a cartoon series.. but WOW am I glad I did!!
This series is absolutely breathtaking! Fantastic storyline, characters good and bad and the ending was so powerful and truly heartbreaking all at the same time! I don't think I've ever been so taken in by any series before, let alone a cartoon variant!
Stick with it.. it's a must watch for any fan!
Thunder Force (2021)
A really bad film!
This film actually started okay, but rapidly it went down hill! Once I saw Jason Bateman wearing crab claws, I was done! Please don't waste your time watching it.. not a single part of it is funny!
Mulan (2020)
I enjoyed it
Very good film, yes it's like watching a different film to the cartoon version, but it's still very good in its own right. Very strong female lead, with excellent supporting cast. Don't listen to the haters, watch it expecting something different and you will love it
Can You Keep a Secret? (2019)
Awful, just awful
This film was clunky and boring with some horrendous acting..
Intelligence (2020)
Meh..
Funny in parts, but overall it's a bit of a borefest! Shame really, I had high expectations for this show
Lethal Weapon (2016)
A Great Show!!
I am SO gutted that this show has been cancelled!!
I wasn't sure whether I would enjoy the show without Riggs in it, but i do, very much! Cole is just as good a character, different to Riggs, but equally as fun and with great chemistry
alongside Murtaugh. I'm currently on episode 11, dreading the final episode! All round GREAT show!
Mosaic (2018)
Really good until the last episode!
This show had great potential with each episode getting better, but the ending absolutely stank!
Halloween (1978)
Scary back in the day!
When I was younger I watched a few horrors, this included and one other that scared the crap out of me, since then I have stayed clear of anything with the slightest sniff of horror attached to it!
Today I watched Halloween again, well I say again, I had completely wiped the films events from my memory all those years ago, so it was like I had never seen if before... In broad daylight i sat on the sofa with all the doors open and pressed play.. opening scene is great, i love how the film eas shot and the heavy breathing amd death staring creates a great suspense! I enjoyed the film on a whole and don't get me wrong it did make me jump in parts, but mostly I could see what was coming before it happened and started to relax around 20 minutes in.
I could see why it bejezzed me all those years ago though! Looking forward to the next instalment due out soon, although I won't be watching in the cinema!!
