Love Actually (2003)

Clever on so many levels

Absolutely my favorite modern Christmas movie, but Akari one of my favorite romantic comedies. So many future stars, too many to name. The story line intertwines so perfectly. I can watch it every year.

Great Prison movie

This movie, along with Escape From Alcatraz, developed my love for the Prison Movie genre. One of Val Kilmer's better performances. Filmed like a TV movie of it's era, the story is intriguing (based on a true story!). It took me a while to actually find a digital version of this movie. If you like prison movies, you'll love this one.

Musical version of "What Women/Men Want"

Its cute, clever, and creative. But basically a musical version of "What Women Want" with Mel Gibson (or "What men want" with Taraji P Henson). the soundtrack is good. I hope the plot can keep me interested.
