NCIS: Los Angeles: The Guardian (2019)
Very different from other episodes, appears to be in directing
The directing of this episode seems so different from every other episode of the show. Also, noticed no director is listed on header of episode page, but checking precious episodes show director named on top of page. Action and continuity very different.
Heaven Is for Real (2014)
Had high expectations
I had high expectations, after seeing the trailers and hearing positive comments on TheBlaze and GlennBeck over the past four months since it was released. Finally watched it on Amazon Prime instant video. I heard it was based on a true story. During and after watching, I was checking on my droid phone, looking up details of the movie on IMDb and details on the book on Amazon. The movie did not wander far from the book or from the truth, which some movies do that are based on a true story or a book. The names and details all remain true, such as Todd, Sonja, and Colton Burpo, the Crossroads Wesleyan Church, the Imperial Volunteer Fire Department, and Todd's company, Overhead Door Specialists. The very beginning of the move starts with a short segment of a girl painting on canvas, and then jumps to Colton's story. I was pleased when the initial segment was tied into the story near the end. This movie more than exceeded my expectations.
