The Terminal List (2022)
Deja vu all over again
If you're a boomer don't bother: we've seen these revenge movies many times over. SPOILERS AHEAD: what bothers me the most is the killing of innocent civil servants in the last episode when the protagonist goes after the Secretary of Defense. These people are only there to protect the Secretary as there duties call and do not partake in her scheme. Yet they are murdered in cold blood. Not good.
Star Trek: Picard (2020)
Picard season 2
I've watched 7 episodes of Picard Season 2 and I am very disappointed. The scripts are so unbelievably weak, no wonder season 3 will be the last. I agree it's nice to see our favorite TNG characters/actors again however I hate how the showrunners are using artifacts to push the story in a specific direction without regards to how a character out to behave in the star treck universe.
Star Trek: Discovery (2017)
What is this?
I just finished watching season 4 episode 1 and I don't know what to make of it. The show's script and dialogues feels like it's for an audience of 12 years old. The special effects are nicely done but the technology is borderline "magic" not believable.
Foundation (2021)
Thank god it's not like the books
I read the books 40 years ago when I was 18 and loved them. When I heard that Apple was planning this series I decided to reread them. I must say that this time around I found them somewhat underwhelming. That said I'm pleasantly surprised that the characters are well fleshed out, interesting, humans. I find the casting to be spot on; I don't care about the changes of gender or ethnicity. And robot don't have sex and likely would not identify as one.
Red Notice (2021)
Boring
It looked good on paper but it was a big disappointment. Extremely contrived and predictable. Weak script. No wonder it didn't make the big screen. Netflix produces too many of these subpar movies.
Another Life (2019)
Season 2 is quite good
I guess the bad reviews are for season 1 because I find season 2 very engaging. I actually started watching with the last episode of season 1 which provided me with enough information to get up to date with the story. Give it a chance and you won't regret it.

The Tomorrow War (2021)
Not bad at all
The movie is an amalgamation of alteady-seen ideas from Starship Troopers and Edge of Tomorrow but in the end it was an entertaining 2 hours.
Freaks (2018)
Entertaining
Very good movie and fantastic acting from Lexy Kolker. Brillant future ahead.
