Cursed Friends (2022 TV Movie)

Utter Rubbish
11 March 2023
I thought I'd give it a go and has been on my tv planner since October. As soon as it starts you know it's not going to be great, it is made for tv but its just not funny at all. None of the jokes land, the characters are all extremely annoying and over the top. We managed to watch 30mins before we we lost interest in it. It's a good idea but poorly executed, don't waste your time on this if you are over the age of twelve, I'm in my early forties and didn't find anything worth sticking around for, and at 50 or so minutes we ended just turning it off. It's a shame as I don't mind some of the actors in it, just not in this.

Die Hart (2020– )

Decent little film
26 February 2023
Ignore all the overly bad reviews, this isn't as bad as users will have you believe. It's a short fun film, some funny moments throughout and a little over the top which isn't a bad thing.

There's some minor faults with the film such as drastic light changes at a certain section of the film during an outside scene, where it goes from dim to bright. Kevin Hart is funny as always.

I find it's always best to go into a film with an open mind and come to your own verdict once you've seen it. I've noticed alot of review bombing on this platform which is a shame. Fun Sunday film which does contain some bad language.

Entertaining
6 August 2022
Fantastic visuals, decent story with humour. I'm in my 40s and found this to be a good film, it didn't need Tim Allen to do the voice of Buzz despite what others may say. I don't get all the negative reviews about this film, I was entertained throughout. Remember this isn't toy story its and origin story a out Buzz Lightyear.

WTF (Prime)
24 April 2022
Unwatchable if using Amazon Prime as it has no subtitles so English speakers won't understand what's going on. There are bits of English dialogue but I found I was missing some info. I'm not sure if it's just a problem with prime or it's the actual film. We only watched 10 mins, so not sure how much was in Finnish and English, but without subtitles it was just pointless.

Confused mess
22 July 2021
This episode goes to prove that the programme doesn't know who its audience is, feels like it's made for 8 year olds but has bad language.

I used to really like watching this but its going downhill fast. It thinks it's being funny but its cringeworthy, one of the worst (theres a few of them) episodes.

Robotic space alien, singing contest, awful music, bad CGI and dumb acting.

Good concept but awful host
18 April 2021
An great concept for a game show on Saturday night, where contestants play miniature challenges.

The worst part is the host Dermot O'Leary who is way over the top and extremely annoying. If it comes back hopefully they'll swap out O'Leary for so.eone more restrained.

BUFFY the garbage slayer
19 January 2021
As a huge fan of the tv series starring Sarah Michelle Gellar, I thought I'd give this a try, unfortunately its utter garbage. The title character is not enjoyable to watch, it doesn't have the same impact as the tv series. Some good actors like Donald Sutherland can't save this. It's a cheesy comic book film, that doesn't hit the mark and feels rushed.

Average family animated film, could be better.
16 August 2020
Its a watchable film but could have been better. I'll never understand why they keep using James Corden in these animated films and not sure why the changed one characters voice for the UK version. If you have kids they'll probably enjoy it but for adults the film isn't all that funny, unless you have a low I.Q. The use of pop music never works for me either as I'd prefer instrumental music. The animation is pretty good, the fur and snow effects are great but the character designs are nothing new.
