I've been a fan of the series right from the start; read the books at some point, and they're really good, too, however this is the rare case when the TV series beats the original book.
Everything. Just about everything about it.
I don't even know if the screenplay is great or just "OK", and honestly, it doesn't even matter that much. Cast plus matching dialogue plus direction make this a pure pleasure to watch. Eliot is beyond awesome, and so is Margo, and the rest follows closely behind.
I think this is my first review ever-I just watched the episode and had to share. If ye who reads this is on the filming crew, please pass it on to everyone: thank you guys, you're wonderful, what you do is amazing, and there are very few shows out there that have been as much fun and exciting to watch as The Magicians.
