Sliders (1995)
An awesome, but underrated Sci-Fi show
Sliders was an awesome underrated Sci-Fi show. I always liked and believe in the multiverse theory about parallel worlds or earths. I do love it that they came up with a show that focus on that theory. Each episode they go to a new world, have some adventures, get in trouble, then slide out, and also hoping they would eventually make back home to there world someday. Some of the episodes did copy from some movies and the effects were a little corny, but it was the 90's and I was born during that time so I give it a pass. I'd liked all of the sliders and the new ones they got along the way too. Other then that, I think it was awesome and it did suck that the last season was horrible, left on a cliffhanger, and then cancel it right after that. It could of continued and there could of been so many other awesome worlds they could of seen.
Torchwood: Countrycide (2006)
A very creepy, but still a good episode.
This episode of Torchwood is definitely different from the others and it shows that aliens are not the only scare things out there sometimes it can be us; humans. We and the team of Torchwood never saw what they were and we and Torchwood thought it was aliens like always, but they were totally wrong this time! When we found out, it was humans doing these horrible things to people, it was really creepy to see that. Sometimes we forget how messed humans can be and this episode is a great example of that. I would definitely watch it (I thought it was still good), but only if you have the stomach for it too.
The Crow: Wicked Prayer (2005)
Not as bad as everyone says it is
I'd recently watched this movie and I was alittle skeptical to watch it because of some of the bad reviews I saw for it, but then I did see some positive reviews for it and then I decided to watch it. The truth is it wasn't that bad. The first one and third were better in my book, but this one wasn't horrible. There were a lot of old references from the Crow and the last scene at the end when Jimmy and Lilly were reunited reminded me of the final scene of the first Crow movie with Eric and Shelly. All of the bad guys deaths were real sacrificing to see; except for Famine's death. Hitting him with the baseball bat and that was it, was kind of weak to me. All rest of it was good for me and I don't know why a lot of people have so much hate for this movie.
Gotham (2014)
This series is the worst.
I'm a giant comic book fan and a giant Batman fan as well. When I heard about this series, it sounded so good to me. I thought it would be like Smallville and then at the end he would be Superman. I thought the same thing with this series and I was so wrong! I only watched the first season and then I couldn't afterwards. They killed off so many characters that were supposed to be in Batman and Gordon's future. Like Sarah Essen; supposed to be Gordon's second wife and they kill her off in the beginning of season two, they made Barbara psycho crazy and she's suppose to be with Gordon and they have Barbara Gordon together (Batgirl). They killed off the kid who was suppose to be The Joker and I hated what they did with The Riddler; he's origin was never like that one. My advice; I don't watch this series; you'll have a better time either reading a Batman comic, playing one of the games, watching the old cartoon series, or watching one of the movies (not Batman & Robin one!).
The Phantom (1996)
This one is really good!
I know alot of people weren't big fans of this movie, but I think it was really good to me. I thought Billy Zane did an excellent job as Kit Walker/The Phantom and I thought his suit was good for the movie; just like the old stories and comic books of the Phantom. He was the first real comic book hero ever before Superman and even before Batman, too. I think the film did everything right; the hero, the bad guy, saving the world, and getting the girl at the end. I'm a big comic book fan and if you are too; you should watch this one.
Into the Woods (2014)
This movie was so so so bad
Me and my friend got dragged to see this movie. I thought it would be pretty good and there was nothing else playing I want to see, so sure. After it was over, I thought to myself, did a really waste two hours of my life watching this move and I'd also realize I would never get those two hours back. During the movie, I was hoping it would get to the ending to end. It was all bad; the story, the characters, and nothing like the fairly tales we know and none of them lived "happily ever after". The only good part of this movie was Johnny Depp's role as the Wolf and he was only around a short time too. Take me word on this and don't watch this movie!
