Awesome entertainment
15 April 2006
My girls loved this show. We actually saw them live at the Broome County Arena. It was awesome. I have pictures! I remember Eureka and Fred, and David too. All those shows were just good clean fun for kids. I didn't have a problem leaving Nickelodeon on all day just for background noise, and the girls could come and go as they pleased. I'm sure shows like this still exist, they are just harder to find. Eventually they'll bring them back in reruns and a new generation of children will get hooked and sing skinnamarinkydinkydink all day long. I know it's something my girls will remember forever as being a great part of their childhood.

Batman Begins (2005)

Awesome

I wasn't sure because I was never a previous Batman movie fan, but this one was over the top. I'm a huge Christian Bale fan, so maybe that's what made it so awesome for me, but I'm thinking that it would have been great even with someone else in the title role. Christian just made it that much better. Liam Neeson, Michael Caine, Cillian Murphy, Gary Oldman, and even Katie Holmes made this a movie that I may have to spend money to see again. The fact that it tries to explain how Bruce Wayne became Batman and really gets into the center of his pain, makes you totally cheer for him every minute. The special effects were super. There was only one thing I would complain about, and it may be because we sat too close to the screen, but there were times when there was too much going on at one time and you couldn't see anything at all. It was almost enough to give you a headache trying to focus on what was truly happening. Other than that, it is a movie worth seeing again and again. Can't wait for the DVD!

I thought it was great

We need more movies like this. Don't just look at the Rosie aspect of it. Just because people hate the person who played the part, don't hate the whole project. I work with mentally challenged children and could see a lot of comparisons. Mentally challenged individuals can exaggerate many things, so Rosie's exaggerations aren't really that exaggerated. My daughters and I truly enjoyed watching this show. My youngest just told me she loved it. We laughed with Rosie, not at her. We cried at the very sad parts. It was wonderful to see the people on the bus support her, and that the people who treated her badly got nothing for their actions. No one supported them. I feel bad for the people who hated the movie while they suffered through it. Usually if I hate something, I change the channel or turn off the TV and go do something else. There must have been some reason the haters kept the TV on CBS. If this movie comes out on DVD, I will buy it.
