Such a positive film
17 April 2017
One of the most beautiful explications of multiple sclerosis on movie over created. The movie advocates the disease and all of the negative effects that it brings to the family and difficulties that causes to the life of the patient and the careers. The language is gentile, the set is perfect and all of the feelings are positive despite the seriousness of the disease. I felt totally inspired by Ramon, he offers inspiration, courage and gives strength not just for the MS survivors but to the general public as well. The producers and all of the participants in the movies should receive the most positive critiques as well not just by making story line of such a serious topic but for the decision to produce a movie on this disease which is quite rare in the movie industry. I believe all of the participants in the film should be proud by creation of a movie that will help MS survivors and make this disease visible to wider public. Most perfect part of the movie is that despite of the main topic, it tackled relations within the family and introduced Nino Bravo to the viewers. Music, dialogues, photography and costumes are extraordinary for Spanish movie. Dani Rovira is remarkable, perfect characterization of MS survivor, perfect actor, just perfect. Excellent movie...

Letter to the author
27 October 2016
I must say that I have watched the movie on the internet, although I have seen all Mancheski's films in cinema. All of the negative reviews I have heard or read I guess formed my opinion in negative manner, although the movie is fair – nice story happening at the end of the world, in Europe outside of Europe. I usually have opposed opinion compared to the rest of the world but this time I need to agree with the strata. This movie is so subjective, not presenting reality, but used as a pursuit of atonement of the author for I believe his personal struggles with his homeland, or career that could have been brilliant in the period after Before the Rain. Also, as Macedonian and Serbian native speaker (for some reason most of the vocal songs in the film are in Serbian) I found it difficult to understand certain dialects, which I believe it could have been prevented if the participants in the movie were prepared before filming.

Perfection
10 January 2013
Warning: Spoilers
This movie is the closest to perfection. The setting, the house, the cinematography, photography, montage, everything... I was quite reserved towards the film, but everything revealed after the first word in the first scene :) Brilliant Greek movie, even the critics was divided, I would say the best European movie in 2010. Even thought I watched five time in four days, I can say that I will watch it again. I strongly recommend it for everyone that wants to widen its prospectives and points of view. The characters and the whole family together make this piece wonderful, imaginary and so realistic. I want to draw a line, because all written above is pointed towards the first half of the movie, may be the ending could have been different, but even in that case the idea, lines, scenario are so great.

Oscar for Bent Zeitlin! -
10 January 2013
Warning: Spoilers
I really hope that this year's Oscar will goes to Bent Zeitlin. I watched the movie only 20 h before the nominations and the only thought running through my head was the Oscar's. I am really grateful that we have another independent movie as a nominee, because this movie is remarkable. Full of positive energy, true feeling and love. Everyone loves in different way, bears, with putting the head of its youngster in the mouth, wheals by sending deep throat voices, and humans… Humans are different category, and this film shows it perfectly. Screenplay, photography matches the plot excusably, and the characters are simply unforgettable. Ben Zeitlin showed not just great sense of love expression, but also for corporate responsibility and global issues through the film. The scenes like the "boat" and the celebration can be viewed once in a lifetime on the big screen. Brilliant….
