I did really enjoy this but at one point I was afraid that her husband would lose his mind and kill somebody..
Let's be honest, I know they had children and all but people grow apart, it is alright to separate and find new ways and happiness, because she wasn't happy and that clearly affected the husband.
It hit me in the last episode when she realized she was supressing herself to be "the good wife". She should have given her ex one last chance and if that wasn't a success, well nothing is more empowering than being independent!
I agree that the ending was ridiculous. The husband knew she was going to be unfaithful and he was already halfway out the door and thank God for that.
But why did the creators end the series like this? Why did we watch her work so hard to save her marriage just to throw it all away?
