This movie starts off on one thanksgiving day and ends on the next thanksgiving day. Thus, it takes the viewer through the events of the lives of the members of a family happening in that one year. This one year journey is beautifully depicted by Josh Boone. Many scenes, especially towards the end of the movie, are flooding with the emotions. These emotions are similar to what we face in our daily life. And, that is what made me laugh and made me cry at the same time.
I usually don't enjoy drama movies but this movie is a total exception. The screenplay written for the movie are just amazing. The best dialogue of the movie comes in the end when Bill says "I could hear my heart beating. I could hear everyone's heart. I could hear the human noise we sat there making, not one of us moving, not even when the room went dark".
I still need to watch "The fault in our stars", directed by Josh. However, after watching "Stuck in love", I am pretty excited about watching " The fault in our stars".
