Dance Flick (2009)

Dance flick needs better choreography.

This is one of the worst movies I have ever seen thankfully I saw it online.If I had paid for this I definitely would have demanded a refund.I only laughed about 2 or 3 times thats it throughout the whole film thats bad for a spoof.

Shoot I even liked Disaster Movie and Meet the Spartans even own them now on DVD.But this movie was just plain awful making fun of Ray Charles(low-class).Making light of the incident where Brandy accidentally wound up costing an innocent person their life(despicable).

This movie seemed to drag on and on and on it literally bored me to death and the ending wth?!That has got to be the worst ending of any movie I've ever seen period .It made no sense to the rest of the movie and the movie it was spoofing.Plus the acting in this film:BAD flat out terrible.The jokes were forced repetitive stale and boring just seemed more like torture after a while.

The youngest Wayans debut in this movie was not a good one he needs to take some definite acting lessons he sounded like he was reading off the script while he was talking .Shoshanna Bushs character seemed lost confused and made certain facial expressions other than that her acting was also terrible she couldn't even fake crying now THAT is really bad for any actor or actress.Wayans I am begging you stop the nightmare on spoof street while you still can please.I give this a 0 out of 10 complete waste of time thank god I didn't spend money on this tripe.Oh and that part about invading space was wrong that was like promoting abuse towards women subliminally in that one scene.

Hannah Montana: The Movie (2009)

Heartfelt funny sincere and has a great message .

Awesome movie!! Always have enjoyed the show and in all honesty wasn't looking forward to the movie.Foolishly I didn't think it would be as good as the show but I was pleasantly surprised.Miley Cyrus does a wonderful job portraying her Hannah persona and Miley persona exceptionally well.The emotion in the film was truly moving especially when she belts out the song "The Climb" and sings with her real life/on-screen father Billy Ray on "Butterfly Fly Away".The pratfalls were hilarious and the story/plot rang true with a positive message to be true to yourself don't lose yourself because you are left with nothing if you do.Just as the song states There's always gonna be another mountain I'm always gonna want to make it move.It's always gonna be an uphill battle sometimes I'm gonna have to lose.Life is indeed a climb and this film was as deep and profound as it can get.The ending no spoilers here will most assuredly satisfy any fan that is the only thing I will say.

Excellent re-imagining of the franchise

Awesome movie creepy one hell of a jolter and the ending rocked.Michael Bay did a great job as did Marcus Nispel. This movie was total atmosphere foreboding music very dark scenes and the best Jason ever:)The standouts in the film had to be Derek Mears who played Jason Jared Padellecki Amanda Righetti and Danielle Panabaker.It didn't necessarily has to be extremely graphic either to be enjoyable.The people behind this film have already stated that the DVD will be unrated so thats great news for gorehounds like me :)The twists that I will not give away were also surprising to me anyways.Plus the stereotypical characters were for a change funny and interesting.Not all of the characters though were as enjoyable Willa Fords character was wooden and dull as was the guy who portrayed her boyfriend in the movie.Plus certain things Jason does in this re-imagining make no sense.But this is a horror movie after all most of them don't make sense anyways lol.
