Locked In (2023)
Wow
So, this is a very controversial movie. I don't like anything about anything that happened "in the move" because it portrays reality of what is really happening in the world now and it's horrible 😢. That doesn't mean I don't like the movie, Its like a love hate thing. But everything was very well done, some sound and lighting issues there in the barn but the main antagonist did an amazing job, he made it so believable that this is the real him. I've followed the director Chase Dudleys projects from the getgo and as time and projects go by he improves more and more. Look forward to seeing more movie made by him.
Payday (2018)
Payday was interesting
I know all movies don't come with a good ending. I hated what happened at the end but maybe there's a sequel? I don't know. I know in real life not all good people have good things happen to them and not all bad people get what they deserve.
One thing that bothered me the most was as many times he was in the back and as long he was back there, any of them, ANY of them could of attempted to get away. Now a days you can't say no one will try to run away. People run away all the time in real life with situations like this not saying it's a good or bad idea but if it was me in this situation I would of bolted lol
I felt like there were a lot of fillers in the movie but I understand to make a feature you need the min time. Every movie or show have fillers, just felt there were a lot for one movie.
But overall I enjoyed it.
Beasts of the Field (2019)
Hard wishing with Mother Nature
The lighting was very inconsistent, the sound was just going in and out, the end fighting scene was a bit cringe, it would have been better to have a glimpse of this creature (whether it was real or his imagination, maybe his Letters pov of what he died trying to find) and cinematography could be better, it was all over the place, could of used that for the fighting scenesl lol but as you know working with mother nature is a pain in the butt especially when you are on a time limit. You only have so much lighting you can work with and with the rain makes sound just harder to work with, it just kinda sucks for the cast and crew. But they worked with what they had. I enjoyed the plot.
