Attack of the Flesh Devouring Space Worms from Outer Space (1998)
This was disgusting!
Do worms really have teeth? That's what this god-awful film depicts. And honestly, how could worms really "chew" through a whole tree???? I despised this movie for it's grossness, but loved it for it's laughs. I can't believe some poor sap tried to make this a serious picture. It's sad really.
The Creeping Terror (1964)
Almost too hideous for words!
Oh my god, what a hideous movie!! Great dance sequence!! And fight scenes!! Good for many hard laughs! The monster wasn't at all terrifying, but did do some major creeping. It looks like he has some strong feelings for his victims if you know what I mean...Watch it for laughs!
Stop Making Sense (1984)
A Skeptic Converted
I'm 15 years old, and my dad bought the DVD of Stop Making Sense in Cleveland at the Rock'N'Roll Hall of Fame. At first, I was skeptical of the Talking Heads. I was not a big fan of 1980's synthesizer-filled music. But then I sat down and watched it all the way through. It was like a weird kind of religious experience. The energy of the musicians, the presentation of every song, the sheer oddness of David Byrne... I loved it!! Now I'm a Talking-Heads freak, and I listen to the Stop Making Sense CD all the time. If you are not a fan of the Talking Heads, watch this film. You will find it hard not to like them afterward.
