This movie provides a good insight into a time of uncertainty. It speaks not so much about the times themselves, but about how people did not really understand what is happening lot of the times and were trying to find themselves in a time when no nothing is certain. All of the props are straight from that time and put you exactly in 1991 Latvia. This movie depicts exactly on moves forward exactly the way everybody felt at the time - strangly. Though if you are not very familiar with the events, you may find yourself lacking the understanding and motives of some characters and may find it difficult to grasp the choices and the situations. Overall a enjoyable expirience.
