Expedition X: Secrets of Mackinac (2024)
How stupid do they think people are?
Not going to even talk about how ridiculous this all is, but I'll talk about the one thing that shows exactly how desperate they are to make something out of nothing, the branch that fell in the forest.
Either they have literally NO science based education, or they truly are desperate. "Branches don't just fall in the forest..." SERIOUSLY?? LMAO! If not in the forest, then WHERE exactly would one expect to see a branch fall? And as for the different temperature where it broke, bacterial decay, which is usually the cause of rotting branches falling by themselves, CAUSES HEAT. Think about a compost heap.
This is worse than a waste of time, this is actually making people dumber.
The Insurrectionist Next Door (2023)
Sadly abusive and pathetically vitriolic
Too many times does the interviewer attack or belittle the person they are interviewing. It's plainly clear that there is animosity and vitriol, and her pretending that she isn't on a witch hunt is sadly pathetic.
I was hoping to see a thoughtful, or at least inquisitive, set of interviews that might explain why things happened the way they did, but instead we were treated to cognitive bias with a sprinkling of thinly veiled contempt.
The fact that she actually asked someone if they were trying to murder her mother just shows that there's no possible way for her to have been objective enough to be able to have created a true documentary.
But then again, diverse thoughts and opinions are only good until they're different, right?
