Fermat's Last Tango (2001 Video)
10/10
Witty and interesting
5 July 2002
Fermat's Last Tango is a playful romp. The actors perform quite well, there is a plot, and good humor on top of that. My personal favorite is Pythagoras. When Daniel Keene solves Fermat's Last Theorem, a puzzle that has stumped math professors for ages, jealous Fermat comes back to the living world from the After Math, the place famous mathematicians go when they die. He takes Daniel to met his fellow After Math "friends," who cannot decide whether or not to allow Daniel a place in the After Math. When Fermat discovers a flaw in Daniel's theorem, it may seem like doom for the hopeful mathematician. Will Daniel be able to discover and fix his flaw before the After Math mathematicians decide it is too late?
