The Greatest Lie Ever Sold: George Floyd and the Rise of BLM (2022)
50% good work
This documentary has baiscally two parts. The first part explores how George Floyd was a bad guy, that basically deserved to die, and how the police officer was an angel. Lots of assumtpions, and biased opinions in this part of the documentary, especially during the interview conducted by Candace putting words in the mounths of the people she was intervewing. She totally ignored, for example, that George Floyd didn't receive any CPR by the officers when he faded. On the other hand, she did a good job revealing how BLM, like many other organizations, took advantage of the situation for personal gain. Another note that I've found interesting were the quotes by Malcom-X. MALCOM-X would probably be supporting the riots if he was alive. I just didn't get it.
