JoJo no Kimyô na Bôken: Shîzâ kodoku no seishun (2013)
Bubble Boy o7
Jojo, Lisa Lisa, and Ceaser discover where the pillar men are hiding. The truth of Ceaser's past is revealed, and Ceaser confronts Wammu... this time, alone. This episode is one of those that just sticks with you for a long time. With a combination of awesome action, suspense, sorrow, and grief, this is easily the best episode of Jojo season 1. At the very least, this episode will make you choke up by the ending scene. Differently from other animes and even simply episodes inside of Jojo's, the director is not afraid to present grown men crying in order to portray the characters as human, and not simply giant tanks. May Ceaser Zepelli live in our hearts. :(
JoJo no Kimyô na Bôken: Dio's World, Part 2 (2015)
The suspense will kill you
In this episode, the viewer witnesses the power of Dio's stand, The World, and Kakyoin's struggle to figure out what power could prove so deadly. The suspense building up to Kakyoin's realization and the replay of the fight in full were fantastic. This episode has surpassed everything we have seen in the series thus far, and while the next episode may have an epic fight, the psycological aspect of Dio's World, part 2 is what made me truly fall in love with this fantastic series. Additionaly, this episode houses one of the saddest deaths in the series so far. Rip :(
And of course, the reveal of the power comes with Dio's first line of "ZA WARUDO!"
Yakusoku no Neverland (2019)
DON'T WATCH SEASON 2
A GREAT thriller and horror anime.... in season one, at least. Season two lacks depth, and throws brilliant source material characters and arcs down the drain. Hope this show gets a Brotherhood.
