9-1-1: Lone Star: Impulse Control (2022)
Interesting
*Spoiler alert*
Tommy owning her stuff and being a powerful but grieving woman was awesome. Giving secondary cast a bit more screentime is great. An entire station comprised of individuals who in real life would struggle hard in many communities because of their race, religion and orientation to be firefighters being okay making fun of someone because of their size? "Lardass"?? Even as far from the truth factually as this show is it's always still been fun to watch. That was until I just saw this ep and felt like the firefighters were just as bad as the bully's or stagnant bystanders doing nothing for the guy who was in trouble. It was cringy. Editor's and writer's and directors may want to rethink next time they want to air a main storyline like this. That or get an actor who isn't so loveable before you try and make him a punching bag comical bad guy.
