Bad Marvel Writing, Boring, Little Action
20 July 2023
Once again, Marvel keeps missing the mark all around after their Thanos run. The only action you will find in this series is watching aged Nick Fury run up the stairs, which is about as exciting as watching my grandfather run up the stairs to go pee. Why not do a prequel with a younger actor?

The series writing is prone to long, dramatic speeches that could have been said in 1 minute. Battle scenes are uninspiring and boring. Characters seem hollow. It is all about the bad script writing here, seriously, give this one a pass. You would have to be a die-hard Marvelhead to enjoy this. Marvel, do better!

Skip this and watch the old 90's versions

This whole series is confusing on what they were actually trying to accomplish. It has some of the worst character development and story writing, giving zero justice to its predecessors. You don't build up a character and expect the audience to care about them when along their arc, you make them out to be complete d*cks, which occurred more often than none. I didn't care what happened to these people in the end, especially the main character.

Shallow, vapid, pointless, juvenile. I hope the new generation of gays don't behave like whatever this is. Please don't give us a second season, please. Invest the dollars elsewhere, or in the least, hire real writers.

Ready for more

The movie is basically setting up the lore and throwing us head first into it. I didn't read the comic books, so based on movie script alone. A wild ride, tough female lead with good supporting cast and even a twist. I am ready for more.

Retitle: Down to Giggles and Goofiness with Zac Efron
11 July 2020
Honestly, I made it about 3/4 the way through the first episode. Zac and his friend must have been soaring ...high....while filming this. It is basically he and his friend giggling and trying to amuse themselves while approaching series subject matter. He was ill prepared with questions to ask, so you basically get the 13 year old school trip approach, "So, how does steam make electricity?" I felt embarrassed for them, and for myself for watching this. What producer thought this was a good idea? Don't waste your time. I looked for something to click to try and get back mine.

Really well done for a B-type movie
4 July 2018
I think some of the reviewers are being a bit harsh. I was surprised by this movie. Yes, it is still a lower budget movie, but what they did with it, elevated it. The acting wasn't that bad, especially from the two main leads. The production and cinematography were very good, providing for a very suspenseful settings, and at times creepy surroundings. It had a GREAT soundtrack that help elevate the suspense. My only complaint throughout this movie was the color of blood. All their blood looked neon orange. I know there are tricks to make blood look real on camera, but this was a big fail from the director.

If you are a big Bigfoot fan and follower, this is a movie you want to see, especially right before you go camping. They capture all the little Bigfoot sighting nuances, like the use of wood knocking, yelps, etc. Highly recommend. Can't wait for the squeal.
