Fire Country (2022– )

This is the absolute worst excuse for a television series. It's more of a teenage type show. Actors are all far too young and bless their heart, some of them try to go above and beyond but they have no capability to do so. I'm sure this is an interesting subject for people in California but to other average people, it's not as interesting. Every situation seems to be over acted, and not as dramatic as they'd hoped for. I'm sorry I really wanted to like this show but neither acting or writing is there.

It's hard to believe the rating is this high, tends to concern me as to the reality of it.

It could've been done better but not with the acting crew they have. Even the most seasoned actors aren't cutting it. Hard to believe that Max Theireriot left Seal Team for this. What a mistake.

It seems if Melissa McCarthy is in a movie, sorry, she's just not a good actress. Loved her in Mike and Molly but every movie she's been in is just a joke. She's such a turnoff for me, I try to avoid movies with her as a leading role. But I'm a huge ghostbusters fan and gave it a try. My husband would not relent though, he refused to idly watch. All the SNL people need to stay in their lane. They're just not ready for the big screen and I absolutely love her. Was really trying to give this movie a chance but it just seems to be another woke liberal blah. And I'm a liberal. Lol.

Can't wait to see the Afterlife one, I'm sure it will be better than this.

Chicago Med (2015– )

Downhill run

This show has gone through so many people and they've really scraped the bottom of the barrel now. The writing is sub par and the actors, if they qualify as actors, are really doing the best they can with the woke scripts they're given. I'm a lefty and this is too far, too much lame steam even for a liberal lol.

It seems every show on this network has a hidden message from some lame ideas as to why they have been wronged by the public. It's too much and definitely not entertaining anymore. What has happened to good writing? It seems every series has the same bullet points as the next.

It's time to retire Chicago Med, Chicago Fire. Chicago PD is still decent but going down on a rapid decline.

NCIS: Hawai'i (2021–2024)

Still bad this year

It really doesn't matter that the producers bring in the entire cast of NCIS, the writing is still bad, none of the actors can give a believable performance. Vanessa lachey is just not a good fit for this part. She absolutely just cannot deliver her lines in any believable way. The first episode this season had to bring the entire cast, almost, to Hawaii and still, the episode just fell flat. I find it hard to believe that I expected anything different this year but I was willing to give it one more chance. I saved all the episodes for 2021, thinking that with nothing to watch in the summer I'd be desperate for entertainment. I tried but just deleted the episode I started to watch and deleted every episode from my library. They need to give this one up. Maybe pay some actors more money and you can get some better talent to work with.

Thank you for trying but this is a level one rating for me.

The Old Man (2022– )

Somewhat slow but excellent show

I've been watching the first season of The Old Man, while I sincerely don't think this is a new series, which all the networks are trying to pull the wool over our eyes btw, by putting on old old shows pretending that we won't remember,,,,but that's for another time.

This series is ripe with potential to go many directions. As usual the starting lineup of stars doesn't disappoint.

Although it has moved very slowly, it has helped develop each character in a great way, but it gets confusing by slipping back and forth with a period of time in the past for each character. I realize this is how you develop a character but I'm simply not a fan of that type of thing.

Don't get me wrong, this is one to watch but I certainly wish you could just binge watch,,, it would be easier than watching one episode weekly. So I'm going to save the season 2 and binge.

Deadliest Catch (2005– )

Drama Queens!

Far too much scripted drama lol! The basic script is, ohh we're going to be screwed! Ohh we're in a world of hurt if we don't make it! Omg! Someone on deck has a hangnail! Quick!! Let's call the coast guard!! It's just nothing real. Sadly there are many people that do this for a living and this show only makes $$ for the few people who are willing to show their stupidity and less than sub sub par acting skills. It's laughable how the most minor injuries are subject to so called EMERGENCY STATUS. I'm sure there's some REAL injuries but this show is subject to far too much fake attention.

Purple Hearts (2022)

I can't get my time back that I invested in this poorly written and acted movie.

This is NOT a anew movie, number 1. It's nothing more than a hallmark movie that's every bit as bad as all the others. They all look and act like little dumb teenagers. The music is horrific! Such wannabes for each character. The military does NOT work this way at all. I gave this a 2, only because the concept could've been written much better than it was. These 2 leading characters are just way too green and really need acting classes.

I wouldn't waste my time on ever giving a second time watch for it.

Sorry guys, they need to go back to the cutting floor on this one.

Absolutely do not care for her singing, especially the one song that lasts all of 30 seconds.

Why does he keep changing his name?? Why is he the ONLY show on food network?? Is everyone as sick of seeing his shows as I am?? Please FN , go back to your roots that made it fun to watch.

It looks as though Guy OWNS the network!! Does he?? Is that why it's Guy shows basically 24/7?

I personally don't like the man and most of his shows are silly.

If you've ever watched an episode of the Farm thing that ultra rich kids were sent to, you'd understand just how honestly this show depicts the rich people! The kids grow into the roles beautifully and the dad. No hope for the wife to NOT BE RICH! Lol all the characters were great! Deserves all the praise it got and the awards! Dan levy never expected to have an award winning show. It's great!

Horrible show!

I absolutely hate that show! For the life of me I don't know how it's survived this long. Now major problems with the star dad! Geez it's just a stupid little show that has pathetic actors with poorly written jokes. Enough of the dumb azz mom! It's just too grating on my nerves to watch a complete episode.

Now we have 4 people that SAY they want to lose weight, but, in actuality all they really want to do is the least amount of work (the actual losing of weight), just so they can have surgery! None of them really try to put the work in. Only about 4-5 days right before they weigh in, finally they start acting like they're supposed to be every day. You can't diet 4 days a month. You have to change your lifestyle and I don't see one of them willing to.

I lost 65 pounds during the pandemic in 16 months. You can do anything you really want to do without surgery.

Amazing that their only goal is to get to surgery. Like that's supposed to be the magic bullet! Doesn't work that way, look at the 2 that have already had the surgery. It's easy to sabotage the surgery and I think that's what they've done and now begging for another surgery. Such sheer nonsense and stupidity.

The Pioneer Woman (2011– )

Finally a show for regular people!

I like the show and a lot of the recipes are good. Most of them I've always used before her show came along. There's a lot of tried and true recipes that I've gotten from church ladies and cookbooks. So I'm not sure how original her recipes are but still I like to see her take on some changes.

I think the show at home with the kids filming is by far the best one on food network! She could totally throw food network to the curb. She's got a great show.

That being said, sometimes the voice is a little grating. But I enjoy the show and the family.

Girl Meets Farm (2018– )

Molly is so annoying to listen to. Nobody likes to be talked to as if they're a 1st grader. Her recipes aren't too good as well. And PLEASE can't we all live without all the freaking sprinkles?!! It's hard to believe she's a grown woman that's allowed to have children. But, I guess children are her are her target audience. Seems so.

She's ridiculous with her antics and her show slot needs to be given to someone who deserves a show period.

Sorry but not sorry. Just far too annoying.

Everyone knows by now that Tammy had to PAY for her so called "boyfriend " to come see her! Get real tlc! All the network does is exploit people and their different problems!

Tammy's a witch that lies every time her fat face is moving! Amy's just doing what the network tells her to do. Gotta keep the money rolling in you know?!

They're all simpleton people trying to use words they have no idea of the meaning or how to use in a sentence. Geez it's pathetic!

TLC shows maybe 5 minutes of new content for each show to keep you going back for nothing.

The Cleaning Lady (2022– )

Bad acting

Leading lady leaves a lot to be desired. The writing is poor. It has a good concept, just lacking any luster.

Some of the cast members are very talented and do a great job with what they have to work with. The show keeps getting worse with each episode. Sorry but I'm just not into it.

Seems like all the networks are having a hard time with finding a hit series. I guess Hollywood thinks we're just happy having anything to watch, which we are. But geez, can't you come up with a great idea instead of just throwing something on the screen?

She's nothing more than a common criminal and to think of everything they've put the kids into. And still doing it. She gives migrants a bad name. This show has run out of ideas. Thought maybe they'd spend money on writers but no. Just pathetic all the way around.
