The first season is over! And it's actually a really short one compared to the others. Overall I would give season 1 a 8/10. I'm really excited to start season 2 in a week and I'll try to keep up the reviews for each episode! Speaking of, episode 7 while not as good as 6 in my opinion it's still great! I think I'm gonna try not to go into detail with spoilers from now on so I'm not really gone describe scenes or anything but, this episode was really good.

Crazy Handful of Nothin'

For the episode being called 'a whole handful of nothin' a lot happens in this episode. It's a masterpiece from start to finish, so many things happen this episode! From Jesse finding out Walt has cancer to the name Heisenberg being used for the first! And of course the final scene... it's great.

A very good episode! The family intervention is incredibly well acted by everyone but I'm especially glad Anna Gunn finally got to show off her acting chops! The story really starts to get going here in my opinion, Elliot and Gretchen are introduced as characters (besides the flashback with Gretchen) in episode 3. We start seeing more of Jesse etc. Yeah just great episode all around!

Not much to say about this episode (that's not a bad thing) it's just another really good episode! We finally see a good side to Marie which was needed haha. My favourite scene was Walter blowing up that douchebags car... very satisfying and the music in the background fits perfectly. It shows a bit of a "I have nothing to lose" characterisation from Walter. Other shows would have used the typical "cool guys don't look at explosion" type of music but not here, once again proving Breaking Bad is a terrific show.

The best episode yet by far! Some really good dialogue between Walter and Domingo (krazy-8) my favourite scene of the episode is of course Walter killing Domingo, very well built up and a lot of emotion after the deed is done, but also the scene of Walter discovering the missing plate piece is really good! The music stood out to me in that scene! The episode ends with Walter supposedly about to tell Skylar something (as it's my second viewing I already know what it is) but I'm really looking forward to the next episode.

A slower episode than the pilot, however just as good in my opinion! The highlight to me is obviously the ending of the episode with the bathtub but also the scene where Walt puts his foot down "would you please just once. Get off my ass" as he smiles is a good scene. Overall yeah a good episode!
Breaking Bad rewatch

A slow but gripping start to an incredible show! This is my second time watching. The first time I watched was 2-3 years ago now I think and I'm really excited to rewatch. I'll try watching an episode a day to really soak it in. After I've finished Breaking Bad, I'll move in the Better Call Saul (which will be my first viewing) I've heard it's great.
