Confusing, but a good train ride.
24 June 2024
This is the type of show that feels wholly unique. While the story is a bit messy, it's very easy to tell that a lot of passion went into this project. This is the type of creative outlet where people were just able to do what they want, and there is something great about that.

The plot is pretty simple, but the characters really shined. Each of them brought something fun and different to the table. It's a joy to watch these girls work together as friends in the weirdest of circumstances.

If anything, this show is like that weird mystery blender mix of ingredients that high schoolers will throw together during a sleepover, and dare you to drink. And I've gotta say, the mix was pretty good.

The show isn't the best of the season, but I think it's an underrated gem that more people should give a chance. Don't expect anything revolutionary; just enjoy the ride.

From golf ball rain, sentient root vegetables, and custard magic, to mass mind control, lust sensitive zombies, and forced lobotomies, this anime's quite the ride.

Relax, have fun, and dream a little.

My heart can't take how cute it is!
23 January 2024
I'm only 3 episodes in so far, but this is really good. It's nice to see a wholesome romance that's not In high school. Assuming this review is still up when the series finishes, my opinion stands.

Anyway, it's so cute. It's already up there with my favorites.

The art is very nice, and the show does a good job with allowing us to understand the sign language.

My only nitpick this the use of the "overprotective childhood best friend" trope, but it seems like that could be solved soon.

Back to positives, the character design is great, and it's not super fanservicey.

TLDR: it's super wholesome and pretty, give it a shot.

Naruto: Shippuden: Animaru bangaichi (2010)

Masterpiece
15 October 2022
This episode is a masterpiece, peak Naruto. I don't think anything can ever live up to the spectacle that is this episode. My favorite part was where the ostrich said "it's ostriching time" and ostriched All over the place. Truly inspirational. They should make a spin off film series solely about this ostrich. It would make 100 ostrichillian dollars. He could fight against his rival clan, the emus of the space station. Introducing: " an ostrich in space; the only good Star Wars sequel." We need to get this episode rated higher. I have watched it in dub and I've got to say, extremely pleased. This ostrich has made my life whole.

This is the sequel to Doctor Strange
30 May 2022
Ultimately, people seem to hate this movie because it doesn't contain all the leaked cameos they were hoping for. They seem to want more multiverse than they want Doctor Strange himself. No matter what, this is his film. This is a sequel to Doctor Strange. This is not the "what if...?" Movie. This movie is spectacular in its own right. If they want to see the marvel multiverse, watch "What if...?" Or read the comics.

Could barely get through it.
26 December 2021
I will admit that I only watched the first episode, but there doesn't seem to be anything to keep me watching. I honestly can't think of a thing I liked about it, so I'll move on to the negatives.

1. The story felt too bland 2. The characters are unlikeable (to me at least) 3. The animation looks a bit sloppy compared to the projects the HTTYD series has had in the past.

4. The style of the humans does not seem to match with the past films or series's, the human designs all look vastly different to each other. (Not in a good stylized way) 5. This last issue may be a personal gripe, but the voice actor for the the lead character does not match the body and age, it feels very off.

Overall, if you are looking for a bold new leap into the future of the HTTYD franchise, this is more of a backwards summersault leading into a face plant. Give it a try if you want, but to me, this is a disappointment.
