Family Affair (2002–2003)
Very well done.
27 September 2002
"Family Affair" may seem rather dense and insipid, but I thought it was really good. The only thing that was bad about it was the premiere, because it dragged out for an hour and brought everything together. After that the show turned out to be a breeze.

To remark such vile comments on a show which hasn't even been developed yet, is beyond me. We need to to be given the chance to explore these characters and story more before given judgment on how the original series was, because not all remakes follow the original concept, but instead try to give us a different and unique view on the modern ways and world of today.

This show has been marvelous so far, and I do enjoy Tim Curry as Mr. French. He gives the show hope and does a splendid job.

The Tin Soldier (1995 TV Movie)
8/10
Very good!
14 June 2002
I watched this movie awhile back. I had missed the first 30 minutes of it, but instantly fell in love with it.

It was very charming and cute. And it had been the first time I really seen Jon Voight in a movie, besides Anaconda. Which he played a bad guy in. (Jonathan Hyde also stars in Anaconda and I feel he, like Jon, is a great actor.)

I must admit this movie does have its spotlight of decency, but sometimes it falls in the category of, "Corny and childish." I'm a true child at heart, so I find this movie remarkable, others may not think so, this movie definitely isn't for everyone. Just those who actually like fairy tales, and toys coming alive, friendship and love. That's what it's really all about and I can relate to it in some way. It's a fantasy movie, nonetheless you have to have fun with it. Because that's all it is about -- fun.

Out of 10 stars I give it 8. I recommend it to all the children at heart. This movie is truly heart warming! ///_~

The Osbournes (2002–2005)
Strange, yet totally funny.
6 March 2002
This show is pretty good. I seen the previews and knew I had to watch it.

I've been a fan of Ozzy Osbourne for a while now and it's good to actually see him in a Tv show. Different than most, I say. The taping of it is unusual for a show. But I do like the settings for it, it's like 'behind the scenes' watching Ozzy and his family.

The cussing is hilarious, and of course only MTV could accept this kind of show, MTV can work wonders, I'm telling you. This show will probably air reruns on Comedy Central.

Either way, Ozzy rocks!

Simon (1995–1996)
Funny, lame and down right hilarious.
3 March 2002
I had the chance to watch, "Simon," when it first came out. I watched the show on The WB, I was in 3rd grade then. I now am currently in 10th grade. I also was able to record and save a few episodes, just before The WB canceled it.

I thought Simon was a great show. Funny, and also lame at some points. The cast was brilliant. Harland made the show along with Jason Bateman. When I first watched the show I didn't know who Harland Williams was, he was new to me. But even after the show was gone, I watched his career take off and I seen him in more and more shows and movies.

This show had potential, I think the time schedule lacked some, because the WB never really gave it a chance. They threw it out there, tried it, it failed and got rid of it. Every person, thing and even show should get a second chance; Simon, did not. Nonetheless, each episode made me laugh, all the routines and jokes would make me cry and wait impatiently until the next episode would come on.

Simon was worth watching no matter what I had planned. This show will truly be missed.

Ghoulies IV (1994 Video)
10/10
Great movie, especially with Peter Liapis in it.
5 January 2002
Okay okay, I must admit, I do somewhat like Peter Liapis and I'll admit this is not the best Ghoulies sequel. I mean, yeah, it had its flaws, such as NO GHOULIES themselves. But the two Ghoulies that come to earth were really funny, I guess they were called, Dark and Lite. I enjoyed the plot of the movie. And even at the end of the movie both Ghoulies implied that there would be a sequel. Still waiting. lol. Peter Liapis reprised his role as Jonathan Graves, this time playing a detective, how cute! Ghoulies IV may not be scary or suspenseful, but it is definitely funny. I thought I would comment on this movie and just say -- it's not that bad. It is worth watching even though the Ghoulies aren't in it.
