Bridge to Terabithia (2007)

Filming and finally debut of the movie!

When I was backpacking around New Zealand, working out in a pretty remote, out of the way vineyard South of Auckland, We ran into the whole film crew filming the school bus scene on Lyons Rd (where i was living) in Mangatawhiri! They told us the name of the film and a general concept of the movie. It was cool being close to the action, this was February 2006 and been waiting all this time to see bit of familiar scenes...very cool. The movie was good, different but I think I would have liked it a lot if I was a few years younger. All in all, fun experience! Kind of took the whole theater by shock and awe when they said that Leslie died...woah, hold up...what? :)
