Sex/Life (2021)
I couldn't stop watching.
I don't know why people are so offended by Billies character in the comments.
Sure there are happy marriages in real life but this show is realistic about the monotone suburban life which people get bored of. Whilst some of it may be a little cringe, I loved it, watched entire 2 seasons in 1 week.
Brad is the guy every women can't get over. The husband Cooper is the nice guy everyone settles for and Majid was the inbetween. It did remind me of Sex and the city a little but this was more long term relationships focused then changing a man every episode. I would deffo recommend watching, even if the it sets unrealistic relationship standards.
Sahmaran (2023)
This had potential but failed.
The topic of the show ( the shahmaran legend of a women half human half snake) whilst intriguing and interesting fails to keep the viewer interested due to long and drawn out episodes about nothing. The story seems to never progress. I think this would have been much better off as a film or half the episodes it has to cut out the unnecessary scenes.
I think 4 is a fair review taking into consideration the slight Twilight imitation. The shahmaran legend has not made good tv in the past therefore this could have been a good opportunity to make this mythology/story that stems from Turkey an International interest.
