they ruined it
29 June 2012
first half get over and u feel like u r watching twilight. its all cushy love story. nothing happens. its very bland. then in the second half we eagerly wait for something but nope. this is pathetic movie especially coming after the spiderman 3. there's so much stuff happening in spiderman 3 but here, its a drama. spiderman is not about iron man like comedy. its is darker. the hero doesn't match the image of spiderman. hes to cool. not the geeky kind hes supposed to be. and the whole movie is about their love story which u will never know how started. the spiderman is not discreet, not the professional kind we are used to. he takes off his mask for just anybody. this is nothing like the previous movies. the process of how he becomes spiderman was way more beautifully shown in the original series. there's just a single villain whos too easy to defeat. no real edge of the seat experience, no urgency. and ya 3d effects - patchy, not in whole movie.

it gets boring and confusing
1 March 2012
well i don't come from USA. so i knew very little about this whole controversy. so i saw this film looking to get some answers. midway in the film i found myself searching for answers elsewhere. the movie get so complex and so dull in between that u lose patience to complete it. i though did manage to stick till the end, but i was left confused. there are so many names ....so many of them, that u eventually drop the significance of few in between. new names keep cropping up in the middle. suddenly they become too significant. and the ending was not up to mark too. should have ended with some notes on screen explaining in lumsome what actually happened and how it all ended. i would say it was a disappointment for me. could have been better.

a sequel is not automatically bad
27 October 2011
i don't understand why everyone just rejected this movie straightaway. it seems like they were waiting to see the film to bash it. anyway i totally loved it. this is when i keep my bar pretty high for movies i love. i think it had its own momemnts. i had heard so much bad about it that i had low expectations. but i as surprised. it was definitely not equal to the first one but then again first one always have the advantage of being presented first and of new concept. this is one of the best sequels made. offcourse all the stars have great performances. story is good enough. suspense is good too. please don't go by the rating , this is one movie not to be missed.

not bad at all
22 September 2011
i don't know why everyone is being so negative about this. ya OK the lead actor has been replaced, but it can still be good. i saw it and found it not bad at all. i was surprised how all the other actors were able to carry it off too. and ya Ashton kutcher, - never imagined he could take Charlie's place. but i can see how the story is going and it may be quite a fun season. there was nothing bad about the episode , just that Charlie was missing. but their were good comic moments. i have seen shows way worse. this one was not exceptionally good but not bad either. i especially loved that all other characters are there. and the fact that Ashton is totally opposite of Charlie in many aspects. they have potential to churn out a good season, i hope they don't mess it up.

pretty lame
11 September 2011
this is a typical movie where the director creates false sense of emotionalism. many things shown in the movie are impossible and cant be done in real life. there is plenty of high drama and cryings which are totally out of place. this movie misguides people about organ transplantation procedures even to the very basic level. i have seen many such films where many stories are intertwined to finally end in all stories coming together. many such films hv been really good (crash) but this just doesn't do it. but one thing that a good point is this couldn't hv been made better. the flaw is not in making but the story itself. its definitely highly overrated. i hv gone with a generous 2 out of 10 for this .

it surprised me !!!
31 May 2008
i had pretty low expectations from this one (cos i got biased seeing 5.9 on IMDb)but i would say it turned out pretty good. ya all movies need not be groundbreaking but this one was not that bad in fact pretty good and plot was not bad at all , in fact for a concept like this it was very good . i thought it would be all about the stupid mischievous the hero caries out due to his power and all but this paladins thing made this a good flick. in fact some of the so called 'groundbreaking movies' are actually pretty lame. this movie surprised me.the movie starts with a normal guy (as usual) bullied upon by classmates (as usual) and then he discovers his powers and the movie becomes unusual. the characters are well cut and have performed well.
