Fast X (2023)

Now I finally understand why AI should not write movies!!
3 October 2023
I have never witnessed such poor writing and dialogue. I mean how can someone expect us to believe Jason Momoa character? He makes zero sense! One good thing I can say about those poeple, who actually worked on that film - hooray for stuntmen and CGI people - you did your best to save this disaster of a movie. Unfortunately, even though you tried - it still turned out to be Ed Wood's favorite wet dream. I feel bad for the actors who has to accept checks with seven zeros so they can cope with that feeling of total misery, while being able to pay rent and send kids to private schools - "is it worth it?" Is what went through Pete Davidson's mind while being on set of Fast X..

Tokyo Vice (2022–2024)
2/10
Terrible writing, bad cameo actors
2 May 2022
Ok, the beginning is good, love period Tokyo and the inner tour to yakuza. But come on dialogues sound like they were written by a computer program - it's one cliche after another. And then there is casting - it looks like production casting found whoever was available in Tokyo and spoke decent English. Yes they flew in Baby Driver start, but the rest of the "gaijin" cast was found in a local theater and they just look awful compared to Ansel Elgort.

They should have brought more a-level cast from Europe/USA and hired a decent writer to work on dialogues, then I would give it 8/10.

Plot is stooopid

The worst writing ever, if I start counting all the ridiculous plot holes in this script, it will probably take me ages..

Almost Blue (1996)
10/10
very influential movie
12 September 2009
I first saw this movie when I was 16. I was living with my parents in Brooklyn , NY. I didn't have to do much but to go to a local VHS video rental store and rent like 5-7 movies a day, in order to kill some time. I doubt that i could have been in the same state of mind as Madsen's character, but now after 17 years have passed, I still think that this is one most meaningful and deep movies I have ever seen, as as well as one of the Michael Madsen's best acts.

Everything, even the slightest detail in this movie is perfect, starting from color correction ending with costumes. Too bad it never came out on DVD. My regards to the producers and the director.
