Scott the Woz: Borderline Forever (2021)
Season 5, Episode 5

Absolute masterpiece
4 December 2022
Probably my favorite movie of all time. Every other line is either a reference or genius comedy-in fact the whole premise is genius comedy. It breaks the fourth wall while also staying in the fourth wall... utterly brilliant.

All jokes aside, as a Scott fan, it is genuinely entertaining, funny, and informative at the same time. I've watched it multiple times over and there's so many good jokes that you forget each one, so they're funny on every rewatch. All of the main Scott Woz Universe characters are present, each sticking to their trope (or not) in hilarious ways that make me appreciate the writing that went into it even more.

Please give it a watch!!

Alex Rider (2020–2024)

Amazing

Compelling, intense, suspenseful. I truly did not know what was going to happen next, which is good for a series like this. Alex Rider's actor is fantastic in this role. Awesome soundtrack (one of the only openings I didn't want to skip), good actors, and good cinematography. The lighting was always moody, but it fit the series. I read the books a long time ago and forgot most of the plot, so this was refreshing. The pace is slow, sure, but I personally loved it. I didn't feel like it was *too* slow.

Definitely recommended.

Promising, but doesn't deliver

This anime will grip you within minutes. The story is compelling, the characters are ehhh ok, but what really gets you is the mystery and intrigue. Unless you're there for Zero Two, who, by the way, is the most bland waifu I've ever seen. Her entire personality is just chaotic "darling", and Hiro isn't much better. With all that said, the first 16 episodes are incredible.

And then it completely drops off.

Honestly, just stop at 16. Don't even keep watching. You'll regret seeing the sad excuse of an ending. They through "twists" at you like crazy, to the point where nothing makes sense and you feel like you're watching something on LSD. It ruins the rest of the show. Don't even bother tbh.
