The Book of Boba Fett: Chapter 6: From the Desert Comes a Stranger (2022)
I am genuinely speechless
How did you dare, Filoni, to make me cry like a 12-year-old girl with such masterpiece?
This episode is, in my opinion, even better than the previous one, full of good moments, old characters that return and small hints of small characters.
God bless you, Dave, for this everlasting gem, and now I'm looking forward that the finale is nearly as good as these last two episodes of TBOBF.
The Book of Boba Fett: Chapter 5: Return of the Mandalorian (2022)
A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one
I was elated when last episode hinted the return of The Mandalorian, what indeed happened so successfully that I almost forgot I was watching The Book of Boba Fett.
It is an certainly welcomed episode, despite being, in my opinion, quite too far from the series storyline, as Boba doesn't even make an appearance in this episode. It makes us think how solid this series is when the greatest episode yet is the only one where the protagonist doesn't even feature.
Having this settled, as a Star Wars fan, I LOVED this episode, it blended nostalgia with plot development and new scenarios, bringing old characters back from The Mandalorian series, and even new information we didn't know.
It definitely settled the way for Mando Season 3, and makes it join with The Book of Boba Fett smoothly.
Disney has come back to The Way, and I celebrate it!
The Book of Boba Fett: Chapter 3: The Streets of Mos Espa (2022)
This episode is overhated
I personally think that this has been a good and decent episode, despite not being the best of the season, reasonably.
It is a short episode which has the enough plot development and nice references to the Star Wars saga (the pykes or the Rancor) while adding new elements to the lore, such as the bikers, which I enjoyed and will help Boba to remain its rule in Tatooine.
I think people are expecting too much from a middle-season episode, so just wait for the finale to be surprised, meanwhile, enjoy the show.
The Book of Boba Fett: Chapter 1: Stranger in a Strange Land (2021)
A fresh start for a classic character
I personally loved this episode, despite critics say that some of its flashbacks are quite short. I liked how it kept the spirit and production of The Mandalorian, and such continuity turns it into an instant classic.
I'm really looking forward how the next episodes will be, but knowing that this project has been put in good hands and acknowledging that Temuera is giving all his efforts to make Boba the character we used to love, I'm sure we won't be let down.
The Mandalorian: Chapter 16: The Rescue (2020)
Gorgeous finale, THIS IS THE WAY
What an amazing episode. If 'The Jedi' was thrilling, the finale was way beyond that term. 'The Rescue' has everything a Star Wars fan wants: good fights and action, loads of tension, a bit of nostalgia and some shocking moments. This episode had all of this.
Favreau, Filoni, you're goddamn legends. You made a great second season after a really good first one. I'm really satisfied with all you've done, you have undoubtedly saved Star Wars.
I'm really looking forward to season three, which I'm sure that will bring more action and good stories. I have spoken.
THIS IS THE WAY.
The Mandalorian: Chapter 15: The Believer (2020)
Quite of a filler, but hella good
We stand amidst a good episode, not the best of course, but a good one which is prior to the finale of the season.
It has tons of action, and very good acting from certain actors, specially once again from villains.
Also has a couple of nods to the films that will make you scream of joy.
Once again, you did it Favreau, The Force bless you!!
The Mandalorian: Chapter 14: The Tragedy (2020)
Just WOW
Favreau, Filoni, you're some serious genious!! This is indeed the way!
A great episode, new twists and also continues the story of The Child and Moff Gideon, as well as it includes a couple of delightful surprises
If you haven't watched it yet,
What are you waiting for!!??
The Mandalorian: Chapter 13: The Jedi (2020)
New discoveries and an unexpected revelation
Well we are standing upon an AMAZING episode in an already GORGEOUS season. This episode has the splendid introduction of Ahsoka Tano, former Jedi, and the revelation of the Child's name, at last: Grogu.
Set up in a new planet, the story has its habitual structure, but I was particularly interested in the new villain that was introduced: the Magistrate. She ended being a pupil of a character that I, personally, didn't expect would be mentioned in this show and left me shocked: Grand Admiral Thrawn.
Then what makes me give this mark is not only the story, but the introduction of new characters, new worlds, new mentions, and also the amazing action shots involving Ahsoka and the Mandalorian.
I would have loved that Moff Gideon had made an appearance too, but I'm completely satisfied with what I saw.
Great job, Filoni! The Force bless you!!
