M3GAN (2022)
Poorly written, Bad actings, but good act from the M3gan performer.
Despite the good reviews out there which I think is too overrated, I personally think this movie is REALLY BAD.
The cast is terrible, and they deliver poor acting.
Especially Gemma and Cady. No chemistry at all.
Their acting are just 'DIALOGUES' coming out of their mouth.
Gemma doesn't meet the characteristics of a genius person who invents M3gan and all of the other AI robots. VERY VERY POOR ACTING.
The story itself is somewhat shallow. And what's with the part where M3gan dances before going after and killing that guy in the elevator where there are NO PEOPLE around despite that building is supposed to be filled with employees at least. Very Lazy writing. And I'll say this again: VERY LAZY WRITING. Didn't enjoy the movie at all. Sorry.
Bullet Train (2022)
EVERYTHING IS AWESOME!
I Really loved how they wrote the script.
The back-and-forth timeline, the flashbacks, the sarcasms, and how EVERYTHING connects at the end of the movie. Even how their dialogues were written.
Not to mention the CAMEOS! Whooo-heee! From all of the A lister cameos, my favorite cameo was 'He-Who-Had-No-Dialogue' cameo. He had only one scene and that was just him opening his helmet.
But because of HIM, this whole movie's plot existed.
Well, you will have to watch the movie till the end to find out who.
Anyways. 9/10 for me.
This is a really FUN movie to watch. The colors are GREAT! The scenes made me stay at my seat for the whole movie.
The dialogues really make sense. And the actors deliver their characters really-really good.
I didn't notice Logan Lerman as 'The Son' at first until I saw his name on the credit title. I thought Post Malone looked different. Haha.
Ming Mauseu (2022)
Episode 1-15 : NICE! Episode16 : NOPE!
SPOILER WARNING!
Choi Do Ha is genius. He always seemed to be one step ahead of Park Chang Ho (The one who acted like a child on the first episode but then turns out to be clever and cool after a few episodes thanks to the inconsistence of the writers... yeah right.)
After 16 episodes and yet Do Ha still wins.
He anticipated every move.
Aaaand... Since the series HAD to end, the writers of the series decided they need to make Chang Ho win, so they decided that Chang Ho secretly filled the pool with radiated water from the plant to kill Choi Do Ha.
This is how that scene went:
Choi Do-ha wraps up a swimming session at his regular place when Chang-ho shows up and says he bought the building. He says that he is Big Mouse and will keep fighting Do-ha. When Do-ha shows no remorse for the cancer victims of NK Chemical, Chang-ho says he made the right decision. As Do-ha coughs out blood, Chang-ho reveals the swimming pool had the same wastewater mixed into it. He wants Do-ha to feel the same pain the victims did.
Then Choi Do-Ha dies.
IN SHORT:
THE ONLY WAY PARK CHANG HO COULD DEFEAT CHOI DO HA IS ONLY BY KILLING HIM.
Ha Ha Ha
WHAT... THE... ACTUAL... F...
Oh and then they threw a bunch of montages showing some scenes that they expect would cheer up the audience.
Do not waste your time to watch episode 16 (the ending).
Save your time. Thank me later.
Ming Mauseu: Episode 16 (2022)
You Call This an ENDING?!!!
The ending is very disappointing. The execution was too hasty. Many mysteries remain unanswered.
Jang Hye Jin's death was like just passing by.
Go Mi Ho and Park Chang Ho only had time to discuss Jang Hye Jin who suddenly disappeared.
No one is looking for her body or fighting for justice for her.
The cause of No Park (The real Big Mouse)'s child's death and who the murderer is (if indeed he was killed) is still a mystery, even though No Park entrusted Park Chang Ho to investigate.
Not to mention what is inside the secret lab, who the damned son of Elder Kang is, and still a lot more.
There are still many questions that should have been shown bright spots in the final episode,
but the scriptwriter doesn't prioritize that.
The point is: The scriptwriter is like a student who is chased by a deadline from a lecturer which causes him to do it without being careful. Too hasty.
The Magicians (2015)
At first I thought this was a cool TV series...
But then, Quentin killed cancer puppy. WTF?!
Oh and I don't know why, but when the scenes comes to Julia, I skipped them instantly. I think it's her acting or ... I don't know... maybe her arc? It just feels forced. She should've just go to Yale.
Clean (2021)
John Wick featuring Nobody 'Wannabe'
Rather disappointing. Adrien Brody's acting is not a problem, only the lack of 'story' and 'motivation' of the movie. The girl in the movie is so dumb. She has no self respect and no respect for her savior. She can't even say 'sorry' or 'thank you'.
The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window (2022)
Skip this series. Save your time.
Okay so basically it's a satire or a parody or a rip-off or whatever it is called; from 'The Woman in the Window'. But with much more nonsense and more stupidity beyond logic, aaand... they also made the child (same case as The Woman in the Window) as the main antagonist.
Oh and they try to make a sequel out of this series by placing a cliffhanger at the end of the episode.
Please save your time. Do not watch this series.
Thank me later.
The Sinner (2017)
S1: Good. S2: Trying too hard to keep up. S3: Garbage. S4: Should've stop at S2.
Season 1:
This is quite good. Not yet great but good. The twist, and the surprises which comes at each episodes. Fun to watch. Entertaining. Almost mind blowing.
The flaw is in the Carrie-like mother and the fragile second daughter.
Season 2:
Trying too hard to keep up with the first season. Well, an idea of a cult is the only way. Although, the big twist seems to almost made it up. But, yeah.. Nice try.
Season 3:
Garbage. Nuff said. Please save your time and skip it.
This season introduces the 'Dead-People-Keeps-Following-Around-As-A-Conscience' cliche.
Season 4:
Still with this 'Dead-People-Keeps-Following-Around-As-A-Conscience' cliche. No big twist. No exciting moment. Just plain crime drama and poorly motivated Detective to solve a case far from home.
Extinction (2018)
Lucy & Herman The Doll Should Die First
And then we can all enjoy the movie and its surprising twist in peace.
