I feel privileged to have heard the author's father preach this very message years ago when I was a child. I also feel privileged to have co-written the song, "For Such A Time As This",(once again) following a sermon preached back in the mid-1980's.

Judeo-Christianity and all love-based religions have come out of the closet in the telling of this age-old story and we may be witnessing the re-birth of secular Hollywood, all because someone stood up and came forth... Not only did this movie make me feel good. It challenged me to once again embrace the hope and courage of Esther -- something more than religion; rather, a way of life.
