Tom Segura: Disgraceful (2018)
Juvenile and pathetic
Couldn't get past about 15 minutes. It was like listening to a 14 year old boy thinking they're funny but actually just being a pathetic bully.
Bored of middle aged white men moaning that they have to change their behaviour in their position of privilege. Grow up, and stop raging about people calling out bigotry!
Inbred (2011)
Bad video edit - ruined a potentially good horror comedy
Disclaimer - I watched this on video hire in Germany, and for some reason they edited out all the gore. It ruined the film to the point it made no sense. What happened to the lad with the horse, alive and well in my version! Anyhoo, it was funny in places, it was well shot and most of the acting was OK.
But if I was from the North of England (I am a southerner that spent a few years living in Manchester) I might be a little offended by this film.
If I had watched the original version I reckon this would be a solid 5 out of 10.
One True Love (2000)
Hasselhoff at his best
What a wonderful movie! The perfect way to spend a Friday afternoon. I was persuaded to watch this movie by my girlfriend, who as a native German is naturally a lifelong Hasselhoff fan, and I am glad she did.
This movie has a warm feel to it all the way through, a gripping tale of romance and true love played brilliantly by a talented cast.
Although the story is fairly predictable it does not detract from its entertainment. I found it hard to take my eyes off of the screen, the only disappointment was that I watched this on a UK TV channel that had adverts breaking up the action. If I could find this film on DVD I would buy it without hesitation. Sadly this is clearly a TV movie and it may only pop up on my screen once in a blue moon. If you see this listed in your TV guide, set the video recorder, QUICK!
The Hoff is perfect as the romantic lead, and his fellow actors make this movie just wonderful! Watch this if you get the chance, its Hofftastic!!!
