1) Spelling and grammar mistakes happen. Does not equate to IQ issues, but to being an imperfect human whose pinkie slipped. It also could be that English is not their first language (It's more than just America here), or they could have dyslexia or the like. Must be so hard to be perfect like you.
2) Using hair and eye color as a reason to whine about casting?? Hair can be dyed or they can wear a wig, and eye color can be changed by CGI or contacts.
2.5)And I say 'whatever' to arguments on height and weight as well. Who cares as long as the talent fits the role!
3) These are MESSAGE Boards, NOT FAN Boards. If you want other obsessives with Kool-Aid mustaches, go to their FAN SITE. Other than that, expect to hear from people with other POVs and opinions. Thicker skin will be required.
3.5) Criticism does not equate to jealousy. 'Jealous' means you wish you were them. Why in the world would someone want to be someone else who is untalented, etc?
4) Get a sense of humor. Don't take everything so damn seriously. It's okay to laugh! [laugh] [tongue2]
5) Oscars mean squat. Diablo Cody, Julia Roberts, and Gwyneth Paltrow have one. It took Kate Winslet 6 tries to finally land one. Peter O'Toole's still waiting for his competitive one. Judy Garland never got one.
5.5) Grammys mean squat too. As well as the Golden Globes and Emmys. Sometimes they get it right, but 95% of the time they get it very, very wrong.
5.5.5) MTV's Movie Awards mean even less.
6) Turn the Caps Lock off.
7) Your opinion is not any better than mine, nor is mine any better than yours. It's a damn opinion. While you might be an idiot, I can't fix that. {See Rule #4} [tongue2]
8) Reread and THINK before you hit 'send'.

ER: Time of Death (2004)
Beautiful, touching episode
Normally, name guest stars have now become a joke on television. However, Ray Liotta bucked that trend, brought a heart-wrenching, heart-breaking performance, and won himself a well-deserved Emmy for it.
It also didn't hurt that there was brilliant acting all around (regardless of Dr. Pratt acting more like Dr. Prick, more so than usual, I think) and the cinematography and art direction were simply beautiful.
Just a thought: anyone familiar with the half-hour film from the 60s that was featured in "The Twilight Zone" based off of Ambrose Bierce's short story "Occurance at Owl Creek Bridge"? The episode eerily reminded me of it, this time with sound and dialogue, but still kind of trippy, heavily symbolic, escapist, and ultimately tragic. If you like this episode, look up that film. It's in the public domain, so free downloads can be found across the net with no legal worries.
