Lacks information from a Native perspective but does a great job in summarizing the overall last 10 decades of Brazil's democracy. I'm not sure why it doesn't highlight a wider perspective in terms of historical political forces. Overall, it's interesting for a foreign person to grasp an overall idea, wish they dug deeper with this though.

The movie shows one of the biggest economic challenges that we face in the world. Beautiful cinematography. This movie will pull you in all sorts of different directions, highlighting various perspectives. But it also navigates you towards a very concise solution.. Watch it!

What a heartbreaking movie, makes you never want to move away.. In life and after the importance is to learn to let go. All of the beauty of this world must eventually come to an end. Flowers blossom then die, joy just like sadness are momentary, and we all are slaves to time. We can't stop it we just have to learn move along with it. Beautifully made.

We really enjoyed this one. Particularly for the connection between the cruelty of human nature. Though I wish the story focused more on the ghost (invisible woman) and the mermaid (nature) aiding each other out of the chaos. After watching this I can see what all the controversy and mixed feelings are about. Remember, just because we disagree does not mean one is right one is wrong. Accusing one opinion as rigged shows your privilege in assuming you are superior. Remember superiority complex (among other things) is also what the dr in this movie suffers from.
