Treason (2022)

Need more of these

Im glad i din see the reviews here before watching. I don't understand why people are trashing this series. Found this to be highly engaging and entertaining. Left me wanting more. Didnt want it to end. And the endling it self is very unpredictable for any movie or series. Very belavable. You will know what i am talking about when u aee it. Ofcause there were 1 or 2 scenes that could've been better during the 1st episode. But event the best one does have those. As for the story, it was well written and it has an amazing cast. So i would highly recomend this. My advise is ignore the haters and decide it for yourself. In the highly inlikely event of you not liking it, im sure you must have seen far worse.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022)

Not even worth writing a review. But this was so bad that I just had to get my frustration out. The original had its over the top annoying comedic moments but a good portion of it was serious added with great acting and infusion of tension. Even that movie would've been better without the unrealistically comedic moments. Basically without Akshay kumar. Why can't bollywood make an actual horror movie. I don't understand why tabu signed up for this crap.

Thar (2022)

An ok movie

Im not quite sure how i feel about this move. I did not like it nor do i want to hate it. I guess this just wasnt for me.

Personally for my taste, the pacing was way too slow. But from a creative perspective i do understand why that was. May be due to the location where this was set it was supposed to be slow. Because in reality life would be slow in the place like that. Also i think this movie was going for a cowboy style western look due to the setting and background score. However, i felt they could have made it more thrilling by introducing some tention in the village.

As for the cast and acting, it was good. As this movie did not require much. I just wish Hashvardan would choose better movie roles as he has the potentioal to be a star like his father. And i guess this was a better choice than from his past ones.

Scream (I) (2022)

Terrible moview

I wonder why the original cast came back for this. This is an insult to the original scream. If you won't be annoyed with it reminding u every second that this is a requel and giving references to the previous cream movies, calling the previous ones as stab than you are fine to go. And also not to mention characters just knowingly chilling with potential killers while people are being killed. Uh. Why did I watch this.

Shyam Singha Roy (2021)

A must watch

This is a great movie that lacked depth in a few areas. The movie is 2hr 34 minutes long so in a way it is understandable that everything cannot be covered. I just wished they covered the protagonists family dynamics a little more. I think that would've made one major twist in this movie more sensible. Despite a few flaws this still is a great movie. I would recommended as must see and would definitely watch it again.

Ps. I wish they made this a mini series. It would've been flawless.

Money Heist (2017–2021)

Enjoyable and Annoying at the same time.

Evenhough this is an enjoyable series at times, its a hard watch due to some illogically annoying characters. Specially the character narrating the story and the character who she is in love with. It became unbearable with the 3rd season. Should've ended with season 2.

The Matrix Resurrections (I) (2021)

Ruined a perfect trilogy.

I don't know if I should feel good or sad by the existence of this. As much as i loved to see Carrie Anne and Keanu back, as switch said in the first movie, not like this. I really disliked this movie. This ruined a otherwise perfectly executed trilogy, eventhough I didnt particularly enjoy revolutions, I always felt they ended it perfectly without ruineing it.

This was a really sloppy take on the Matrix. The look and feel, the action sequences all were just downright bad. This was an insult to the original movies. This felt like technology went backwards. The original feels more current. As for the characters, the new morphious character was unbearable. What on earth was that. Sorry to say couldn't care about the rest of the cast either. It's unfortunate they had to be part of this. I wish Wachowsky took on another project as a grieving tactic. The only good thing about his was to see Carrie Anne and Keanu Reeves.

The Unforgivable (2021)

Incredibly good.

This film is just brilliant. I don't understand where the negative reviews are coming from. Because this is another Oscar worthy performance from Sandra bullock. While watching the movie i never notised how limited her dialog was compared to the full on screen time she has. And then I realized how good the performance was. As for the story you know that the story is good while you watch it. But towards the end comes a twist that makes you go just wow. So yea, the story is incredible too here too. The rest of the cast dosent have much screen time, but has pivotal roles so with what they are offered, delivers a solid performance. I would definitely watch this again and would hghly recommend this to others.

Aranyak (2021– )

Finally something worth watching.

And I have to say that this is the first fime in along time that I have seen something that's actually worth the time, that's hindi language. This series was highly engaging, suspensful and atmospheric. I absolutely loved the location this was set on. As for the actors these are quite high-profile actors so nothing bad can be said about the acting. I was particularly happy to see Ravenna tandon back as good as ever. I hope more of 90s actresses get these kind of projects going forward. I was also happy to see Ashuthosh Rana. Great actor by the way. And the male lead, i believe should definitely get more work not only in web serieses but in mainstream cinema as well. I've love the work he has done so far. Rest of the cast was also great. Ive recently found out that European suspense thrillers are quite good. This series has the European suspense thriller feel to it. May be this borrows from those. Those who would like to see similar stuff, try the invisible guardian on Netflix.

Taking Lives (2004)

Overly predictable and forgettable but ok.

I don't know if I would have had a different opinion if I had viewed this when it came out. Because this was the early 2000's. But this movie's main twist is the most predictable twist I have ever seen. It was pretty evident who the killer was. I don't know if it was the actor playing the role who gave it away or the story. May be its both. For me personally, the last 15 or so minutes is the only good thing in this movie. That's of cause besides Angelina Jolie and the rest of the detectives.

Spoiled Brats (2021)

This is easily a very cute, feel good movie with a decent plot and good actors. Certainly worth the time. It might not be the most original thing bit would definitely be relatable anyone at some point in life. I certainly love it. Need more like this.

Elves (2021)

No good

Terrible. I guess this is a premature judgement because I am halfway through the second episode. But I just couldn't stand the child character at the center of this story. And the adult characters are not too far behind either. Really disappointing. I was really looking forward to this series.

Nothing new here, so of cause it's heavily borrowed from multiple movies. At the same i have to say its compiled in to one great movie. Loads of movies come out every year, and it has been for ever. Now, is it logical to expect an original plot every time? We watch movies for entertainment. And this movie sure as he'll is entertaining. It has good action sequences, great actors, great visual effects and most importantly it is never boring and definitely wachable again. What more do u want.

Mind blowing

People told me that this was a good movie, but i didn't really believe, due to which i didn't watch it for a very long time when it came out. But boy i was so so wrong. Now, this is the movie at the top of my list of best suspenseful thrillers. It's got great actor's, a mind-blowing story and a twist you will never see coming which will shake you to your core leaving you with goosebumps. If you haven't seen it yet, please go see it. You won't be dissapointed.

Malang (2020)

Don't know what a good movie is for those who says this is bad. Specially with all the trash Bollywood has been putting out there for ever now, this felt like a 10/10. I'd say a must watch.
