Giant sharks, Octopuses, commandos and a jet ski Meg hunting Jason Statham, what more could you ask for? This movie was just what the summer needed. If you liked the first Meg you'll definitely dig this one. Giant sea creature carnage galore. Clifton Collins and Page Kennedy back for more comic relief. Who cares if it makes a lot of sense, it's the Meg! Grab that big bucket of popcorn, put on those 3D glasses, have a drink and enjoy the bone crunching, underwater action. Oh yeah, there is no post credit scenes to hang out for. Definitely a fun and mindless summer movie. A great escape from reality.

I have to admit the title drew me in. This movie was like a strange dream I had after eating gas station Sushi. No real cohesive plot but there's jokes galore and a few zombies and decent fx. Heck they even have a leprechaun! Randy Couture. Bas Rutten, DB Sweeney and Adrian (Near Dark) Pasdar make for an eclectic cast. The guys that play the Manson brothers are very likable. There's also a zombie in a turd costume . Good times. I liked this movie. It was fun and better than expected. If you're looking for a straight up zombie flik this ain't it. But if you're looking for some goofy fun this is it.

I really enjoyed this low budget monster movie. The fx weren't bad , the camaraderie between the two main actors was great. Liked the twist. This was a lot better than the bigger budgeted The Lair I'd just watched . If you're looking for a decent commandoes go looking for a scientist in an underground lab and there's a monster flick, this is it. Not an academy award winner but a heck of a lot better than most of the other movies in that genre. Definitely worth a look see. Watch through the mid credits for an end scene reveal. Love these types of movies and this one really fit the bill. Worth it!
